Fox umbrella gave a excellent service my umbrella was over 25 years old I through it was heading for the bin sent it to them and it was sent back to me repaired within a week once again a big thanks to Caroline ☂️👏

Excellent Company to deal with. Fox's communication, advice, workmanship and service almost belong to another age where such standards mattered and their value was understood.

Caroline at Fox Umbrellas communicated well throughout the experience. The canopy of the umbrella was so old that it was shredding. Fox Umbrellas did a beautiful repair job, and the umbrella now has a new blue canopy. Wonderful to be able to choose a color from 32 colors. Highly recommend this company.

I'm afraid I can only give this distinguished company a below average score. This was a £600 umbrella- solid scorched maple with horn and engraved silver collar but there were defects in the workmanship. Where the mechanism has been cut into the wood, it had penetrated to the other side causing chipping and blemishing of the surface on the other side. While the wood was lovely, the feel of the ensemble was not of a quality that merited £600, which should be flawless. I regret having to say so.

Many many years ago when I first started earning a decent wage I bought myself a Fox umbrella from their shop in the city. My mother was appalled at what I paid but she was wrong - it served me well for > 20 years. It started to fall apart a bit so I got in touch with Fox and they said it could be repaired. I got it back this morning from a repair and it is back to being a lovely brolly to own. They made a magnificent job of the repair and it was done surprisingly quickly. It's worth keeping manufacturing in Britain going because we are still able to produce things that are as good if not better than any manufacturing nation. Fantastic.
