I ordered a perfum. and was very pleased. It arrived very quickly and the price was good

I received the parcel really fast. Literally took like a day till they posted it. I placed the order at night and when I woke up they had already posted. Really good service

Bought an item but they said they’ve sent it but no tracking or email confirmation to go with it. Still waiting, really rubbish service and no aftercare to speak of. I won’t be using them again, ever. Disgusting company.

The item was just as described and at a competitive price. It did take a while for delivery but that was explained on booking and I was not in a hurry.

I never received my order.
I never received an email advising the order had been dispatched either.
I received no notification that there was a problem (from them or the courier).
Only when I queried where my order was I told there'd been a problem & that they would resend the order.
Very poor service - they had my money & were clearly not bothered that I hadn't received my order (until I pursued it). I vote with my feet - won't bother ordering from them again.

Good price, arrived quickly

Not only was the fragrance I wanted less expensive than from other companies - it was delivered in super quick time. You can't ask for more than that!

Great website. The frangrance I was looking for isn't stocked in many places now, but Fragrance Avenue stocked it and at a good price too. It arrived quickly, so very pleased.

It didn’t turn up, I had to wait weeks and complain.

I cannot give Fragranceavenue any kind of review except a bad one. I have not received the perfume I ordered, they don't answer emails and there is never anyone to answer their phone whatever time I call. I have paid them £125 for two perfumes and received nothing.
I am now passing to Mastercard to sort out. Don't use this company.

I ordered an aftershave on 21/02/2023 which I was told would arrive in 2-5 days which would have been in time for a birthday gift. I get a message yesterday stating that my parcel has been delivered, I’ve checked my Ring Doorbell and nobody had been to our property at said time and date. I then emailed Fragranceavenue who sent me an email saying they have tried to call me and I needed to call them back to re-arrange delivery. Firstly they never answer the phone (gave up after 25minutes) secondly nobody had called me so I knew they were lying. I emailed them back advising that I have been trying to get through and couldn’t and asked for them to call me back 2 days later no reply. I emailed them again stating that unless they called me I would claim my money back from PayPal. 1 hour later I’ve received a refund from them without any explanation!

I’ve always believed that any company can take your money and send out a product but what makes a company stand out from the crowd is how they deal with problems when they occur and what they are willing to do to put things right.

In a nutshell they have lied and said they tried to call me when they didn’t (my phone is on 24hrs a day)

Not bothered to rectify their cockup but rather refund me without explanation after having my money for 10 days!!
