Excellent service my whole order was very well wrapped with bubble wrap and the individual bottles were also well wrapped. Delivery only took a few days to Ireland which was impressive. Quality of the sprayers was very good and they were also labelled. Additionally the individual bottles were wrapped with cling inside a heat sealed bag to prevent leakage and the perfume smells amazing. Very satisfied and will be ordering again.

This is the Best fragrance site in the world!!I've ordered from 6 different countries (France, England,etc.)for samples and the best quality,the best communication and the best fast shipping are from this guys.They are the ONLY that take care the samples so much.I have ordered 2 times till now and another is coming for 20 samples!!God bless Portugal and these hard working guys!

The parcel unfortunately never arrived.
Using PayPal I at least got the products value back but not the shipping.
The shop owes me 7,50 eur an does not respond on messages.

Of course emailing and solving an issue without PayPal is the more sympathetic way for all. Sometimes paypal buyers protection is necessary and this is why I use PayPal.

Today is September 16th.
The shop has not repaid the 7,50 for shipping. I would recommend you to avoid this shop, as they value 7,50 higher than a good experience.

... After the shop accused me of giving an inproper adress: I looked up DHL's guidelines and everything was fine and is correct.
Not to mention, that there has never been an issue with other sellers sending to the exact same address.
So all in all: we got a shop that accuses costumers of lying instead of repaying 7,50. They prefer to write long essays instead of solving an issue.
In terms of opportunity costs, this is a bad business decision, but keep going. This review will stay here.

After no further communication took place, I got the 7,50 refunded. Finally after more than 1 month this case is closed for me.
Anyway, this review will stay here, as the communication, wrong accusations and lots of attitude in their messages is unmatched to any shops and places I purchased stuff from.

An absolutely fantastic company. Everything is of the highest qauilty, communication, delivery time, packaging, presentation and of course the fragrance samples were exceptional. Looking forward to buying more in the future.

This was my third time ordering from this online shop and it was great as always! I like that they sell various fragrances from designer to niche. The delivery is pretty fast, I received my order in a week. Perfume is 100 % genuine, smells great. The bottles are securely packaged in a box filled with shredded paper and each bottle is individually bubble wrapped and the cap is wrapped with a cling film as well. The delivery doesn't cost a lot, comparing with other similar sites.

No complaints whatsoever. Everything is beautifully labelled, nice presentation. Prices are fair and shipping is quick (from Portugal to Netherlands). Decants are packaged very carefully with bubblewrap for protection. The box is also filled with packing material for extra protection. Will buy again

Great customer service and high quality products

I have been around in the fragrance community for quite some time and naturally ordered samples/decants from many different vendors over the years. My experience with Fragrant World Shop has been absolutely flawless and has been my favorite so far.

They offer a wide array of fragrances from many different brands, even somewhat obscure ones, at competetive and fair prices. My order arrived within 3 days, despite them having to decant 14 samples by hand and the parcel traveling a beeline of over 2100 kilometers.

What ultimately motivated me to write this review, was my experience unboxing my order.
Every single sample was individually wrapped airtight, with every cap being wrapped to ensure no leakage. They were then wrapped in bubble wrap and stored in another airtight zip lock bag, which was done two times over! There is no chance of any samples leaking.

The sample bottles themselves are of higher quality than any other company provides. The atomizer distributes a healthy amount of fragrance, all the samples have a well fitting cap (even the 2 ml ones), and they are sealed airtight which enables you to store them for as long as you desire, without spoiling the fragrance.

I can wholeheartedly vouch for this vendor, and I'll mostly only order from them in the future.

I have ordered perfume samples/decants many times, there was never any problem with my order or with the delivery. Samples are clearly labeled, neatly and tightly packed, and the package well protected. I will for sure continue buying from FragrantWorld.

Was looking to try a few niche fragrances which are hard to find and a friend of mine recommended me this shop. No regrets whatsoever as everything was top notch. Will buy again for sure.

I ordered 8 samples and I received them about a week later in a very safe and neat package. The 1ml sample is enough to wear that fragrance about 2/3 times, more than enough to know if want the full bottle. Based on the perfomance and color I'm sure I received a sample of the genuine product. I recommend and I'll buy from this shop again.

From reading the below reviews I was expecting to have to wait a while for my samples to be delivered - but was willing to wait, as they had fragrances I couldn't find elsewhere.

In fact, I got my order - shipped from Portugal to the UK - within 5 days, which is quicker than some places within the UK take to deliver!

Perhaps they have also been reading reviews and upped their delivery game, so fair play to them.

The niche samples I ordered were very carefully packed but the perfumes were diluted with alcohol . Especially the 5 ml sample "MEGAMARE" by orto Parisi was extremely diluted and it was very hard to recognise the smell of it - because I had the original in the past. I believe that the other samples are not genuine either. Ι do not recommend this shop.

Today I would like to rework my review of FRAGRANT WORLD which helped me understand that the 5ml MEGAMARE sample from orto Parisi that I had procured is authentic and insoluble .Unfortunately I didn't take into account the time it takes for a perfume to ripen. Now I find that this perfume is no different from the first MEGAMARE sample I bought from another website. This is what I had to say about restoring truth and trust in the company FRAGRANT WORLD.

Very slow delivery. From Portugal to the Netherlands should never take that long.
