I was a little anxious about ordering eyeglass frames online from this company b/c I saw some negative reviews, in addition to positive ones. I checked out other online eyeglass sites though and saw similar wildly conflicting reviews, so I just decided to take a chance. I figured there can be bogus reviews, both good and bad, on the internet, so how do you know for sure? I originally ordered 4 pairs of eyeglass frames from FramesRx.com, but was able to cancel 2 of them before my order had been fully processed. The phone number given on the email confirmation did work and customer service was courteous and helpful. They replied to every email I sent in a timely manner. Moreover, even though I was a little beyond the 24-hour cancellation period, they did not charge a restocking fee (the 2 I cancelled had not yet been ordered from the supplier when I called). I did receive the correct credit to my credit card in less than 48 hours. FramesRx graciously sent the 2 remaining frames via priority mail at no extra charge, and I got them 10 days after I placed my order. There was a tracking number, which gave me more peace of mind. I received both frames in perfect condition. I chose the one that suited me best and sent the other pair back. I would definitely order from this company again when I need new frames and have no hesitation recommending them. (I opted to use another site that specializes in lenses to complete my glasses, as I have a specialized prescription, so I am not able to comment or rate FramesRx for that.)
