I bought a pair of earrings for St Patrick's day and when a box came in the mail I received a hat instead. I do not want a hat and am extremely irritated because no one will answer any of my phone calls or emails. I will not be shopping here anymore and will continue to call until I get my money back!

Francescas in valley hills mall. 13 year old on her birthday was told by a staffer to go to the back to the clearance section because it looked like it was in their price range. Glad she didn't waste her money after that in this store.

In store is okay; never buy online. It’s almost a guarantee that you will get flawed (frayed seems/ off stitching) or incorrect merchandise (wrong size or color)z They offer refunds/exchanges but it’ll cost you time and money. It almost seems a ploy to get you to reshop because these mistakes happen so regularly.

One star is too generous.
I purchased online with the BUY ONE GET ONE FREE sale. The clothing is way overpriced to beging with that's why they do these deals. $60 per shirt is ridiculous.
I returned two items and kept two. I have not recieved my refund in two months since the items were recieved.
Customer service doesn't respond and when they do they say that the items I returned were free items and there is no refund. The system determined which items were free so if you return those items, you get ZERO refund.
I will NEVER again shop in store or online. Now hearing how they owe vendors money, I wonder how they're still in business.

I went to go return a dress that I bought from the Braintree Plaza one and they proceeded to charge me for the dress instead of returning it to me and when I told the cashier she did charge me for it again she said no I didn’t no I didn’t. I said yes you did. I showed her my bank statement and after that, she said, I know how to do my job. Have a great day and push me out of the store. I had a file complaint with my bank. I just feel like it was very rude customer service and I normally don’t write reviews. And if you wanna buy things and then go and return them and get charged for them again go here.

The negative reviews saying it’s a scam is for a completely different company 🤦🏻‍♀️ not the actual Francescas.com website but some Francescas-outlet scam site. I’ve always gotten great deals from the actual site and in store.

Order arrived late, so I couldnt wear dress to my special event. I contacted customer service to see if they'd be willing to waive the return shipping fee under the circumstances. Received a very rude response essentially blaming me and needless to say, no waived shipping. I will not be ordering from here again

Do not shop here this business is a mess.

Worst business ever. Horrible staff, terrible clothes, and shady practices. They overcharge, scam people out of their money, and rip off small businesses. Everything about Francesca’s screams unprofessional and unethical. Don’t waste your time or money here—they don’t deserve it!

From what I've heard of this company I'd avoid it like the plague. Pay your small business you morons!!! How dam sad of you to conduct business the way you have been! Utterly disgusting and here a lot of people I know. Found your site. And we're planning make orders as was I until I came across how many small businesses you have screwed over! Shopping cart emptied !! Do better!!!

This shop is not trustworthy at all.

Super unhappy with my most recent purchase. I went to Francesca’s about 2 months ago and got a pair of gold earrings and gold necklace. Within a couple weeks, the gold tarnished, and my necklace just a couple weeks ago broke apart. I’m very unhappy and these 2 pieces of jewelry were not cheap. Over 25$ each.

I was shopping at the Francesca’s in valley hills mall in NC and I saw some beautiful jewelry and the store manager Susan was so incredibly sweet! it’s always such a pleasant experience when I go In there!😊

Ordered a large order from their sale. The one dress arrived damaged and by damaged I mean the item was literally sewed wrong. The other dress was horribly and cheaply made. Not even worth the sale prices. Won’t ever order again.

The Francesca’s in Seekonk is close to me and would have been convenient. I walked in nobody says a word to me. & all I hear is the employees complaining about customers, she was going on and on. So unprofessional and it turned me off to want to shop. I’d rather make the drive to Providence shop they are ten times better.

Francesca's owes a $25,186.70 to their vendor who owns a small business creating art, SammyGorinArt. Francescas has turned off their comments on Instagram implying they have no intention of doing the right thing buy paying this woman for products they received. Absolutely unethical and disgusting behavior. DO NOT SHOP OR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

Owes over $100,000 to small business all over. Unreal, their sales only exist bc of the business that supply to them and they refuse to pay.
