Great service from a great team
Simon and Dan in the office were great. Delivery was when I wanted it and very prompt. Rob the driver did an amazing job of negotiating a tricky windy driveway for us and carefully avoiding power lines etc. Can’t rate them all highly enough. Thank you.

Great service from Victoria who visited us twice to plan our new kitchen and confirm our measurements and order. All items arrived on the day agreed. Any additional items requested were delivered as needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Incorrect item sent
Updated review:
Initially an incorrect item was sent and a replacement was also incorrect. I ordered online and it seems the web content was not accurate (the issue was the dimensions of a drain gully). I used the number below to contact customer service and got a refund. It maybe better to use the website to find products and if there is any doubt order using phone etc. Web content and associated chat / self service needs improvement

Great service delivery day as requested , unfortunate vehicle broke down at my address crane blew hydraulic pipe.
Had already delivered 2 out of my 3 bulk bags but couldn’t drop the last until following day .
Was expecting it first job in the morning but didn’t arrive until 3 o’clock the next day .

Yes,Frank Key do kitchens!
We hadn’t even heard that Frank Key designed and suppled kitchens until our, also excellent kitchen fitter Rich suggested we try them. Having your whole kitchen removed and replaced is never going to be a breeze, however Ben at FK made the experience as painless as possible! We now have a beautiful and practical kitchen finished to a high standard with quality products, thank you all.

Great builders merchants
Great builders merchants, staff inside the shop always helpful and happy and lads in the yard are helpful too, walk out with you’re ticket they are straight there to take you’re ticket then everything is brought to you’re van/car.

Mixer Hire - Cheaper than i thought!
I hired a mixed from Daybrook. Easy process, helpful staff with loading into my van. Cheaper than I was expecting too! Will definitely use them again.

What an excellent service , great delivery driver- Jason, was extremely helpful , Polite and professional. He Asked where I wanted my 3 fence pannels. I do I want them fitting in.
So he Fitted 2 of them, the last one needed trimming.
Highly recommend, would use Frank keys again.
