Mi experiencia con la ropa de la marca Franklin & Marshall ha sido muy negativa. Aprovechando las ofertas, cometí el error de hacer muchos pedidos de polos, camisetas y pantalones, confiado en que serían de calidad porque presumían de estar fabricados en Italia y de ser 100% algodón. Precisamente por cuidarlos, tardé en lavarlos para evitar que se estropearan. Sin embargo, en el primer lavado (agua fría y programa delicado) la ropa no paraba de soltar tinte, quedó descolorida e inservible. Un desastre total.
Solo pretendo advertir para que otros no cometan mi mismo error. Si hubiese lavado alguna prenda antes de seguir comprando, no me habría pasado esto. No corresponde en absoluto con la calidad que prometen. No volveré a comprar y no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Espero haber ayudado
Approfittando degli sconti estivi (e delle spedizioni e resi gratuiti) ho effettuato, nell'arco di qualche settimana, alcuni ordini dal sito di Franklin and Marshall. Dopo aver ricevuto il primo articolo che differiva dalla foto sul sito, ho effettuato il reso e ricevuto il rimborso in pochi giorni, l'assistenza è stata molto professionale ed ha risolto il problema in tempi brevi e con cordialità. Ho poi effettuato un altro paio di ordini completati in maniera perfetta e con tempi di consegna brevissimi (appena 24 ore) grazie all'ottimo corriere Bartolini. Perfetto anche il sito, con un bel design pulito ed un'eccellente facilità di navigazione. Insomma F&M promossi a pieni voti su tutti i fronti, specialmente velocità di spedizione e qualità della merce e dei pacchi impeccabili. Tornerò sicuramente a fare acquisti da loro in futuro.
