The Worst experience I've had on the shop app! AVOID! READ REVIEWS FIRST!
*Bought & payed for a top for my son’s birthday.
*Date for delivery came & gone & NO sign of the top! so i got in touch with Frank only to be told “they had missed the order somehow & they will send one out to me before my sons birthday date as more were due in?!
* 2nd promised date arrived & once again NO top NO communication!
*Asked for a full refund (you guessed it) “waiting on reply” informed my bank of fraudulent behaviour from this “shop”!
It is not worth the risk! AVOID

I selected and order a pair of baseball pants. Your business sent me the wrong pair of pants. I called Frank, left a message,your business did not return a call. It is very difficult to reached customer service. I want to return this item so you can give me the pants that I selected. How can you correct this mistake?

Brilliant!
This was the first time using this company. I made the order but it wasn’t in stock. My husband spoke with the owner directly and he was extremely helpful, offering suggestions and alternatives. Really couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll definitely be buying from this company again.
