An unexpected surprise to be approached by F&F and sensative to information of the passing of a family member even though I didn’t know who they were. Excellent communication, quick to respond to emails/queries. Interesting to have an in depth family background. Quick and simple to do, hardly any involvement needed from myself, all done by F&F. If you are contacted by them, I would recommend using their services

Frazer and Frazer have been so lovely every step of the way. Having the family tree is very useful as we are doing our family history atm. The money has come in very useful ( obviously not in the nicest of circumstances). would recommend them for their customer service.

Very good communication, easy to complete paperwork, given the nature of the work it was timely and trouble free for myself. Only issue is I received a cheque after providing bank details, not the end of the world, but it does mean a journey to the bank I did not need to have as I work office hours and the bank is closed outside of these times.

I was contacted by Fraser & Fraser after the death of a second cousin and advised that I was a beneficiary of his estate. Without their contact I would never have known of his existence.
The process that followed was very complicated due to the amount of heirs and the fact that many of them also lived pretty much all over the world.
Fraser & Fraser were very realistic with their estimation of the timescale of this process (18 months) and kept me fully informed during every step. They also provided me with a family tree which I found very interesting and has enabled me to contact relatives I never knew I had.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Fraser & Fraser to anyone embarking on a similar process. Their knowledge and professionalism in guiding me through this whole process was excellent.

Whenever I needed to telephone them the staff were always very helpful and courteous. The information I needed to know was communicated to me in a very straightforward way. These guys found me from previous addresses and name changes, these people reached out to me when I wasn’t expecting anything from any previous descendants and was thoroughly shocked to find out how quickly it took them to find out my family tree. They kept me up to date where they was with enquiries/lawyers etc and was a fast turn around all in all. Very grateful and thankful to these guys for reaching out to me and would highly recommend to anyone who is doubtful and may think it’s a scam. I was skeptical at first although soon the find out they are legit. Thank you again.

I am waiting since 2020 for an inheritance promised to me by Fraser & Fraser. I never heard from them back.
