I bought the pumps before my baby was born and ending up exclusively pumping. Pump worked well for 5 months and then one day one of them stopped charging. I use the cables provided and charged them in the same place each day. I told Fraupow and they said someone will come and collect them and assess the pump to see what had happened. First the pick up never happened so I had to get the pump to them. Then after 3 weeks from when the pump first broke I got an email to say the pump was broken because of misuse so they wouldn’t replace it. I can’t think of anyway in which I misused it. To make it worse I had bought a replacement which I waited for them to assess that one, as I had to feed my baby, the replacement arrived broken! With no suction. So I wouldn’t be buying Fraupow again or recommending it. So disappointing and upsetting when you’ve got a baby to feed!

Viva Pro Pump
Although the pump works very well, it leaks very easily and also battery doesn’t last long at all, the other downside to this pump is there is no plug to use when finished pumping meaning you can’t put the pump down till you have emptied it otherwise the milk will just pour out.
I would advise to buy a different pump that is more suitable for busy mum life as this just adds on more time with pumping cleaning up leaked milk and having to make sure you constantly have storage bags on you to prevent spillages.

Worst pump - Leaky also stops working regularly with weird noise. After many fiddly issues with this pump and constantly trying to fix it, I’ve given up and just bought a better pump. Customer service is very slow. Don’t bother with this pump it’s not worth the headache. Genuinely think all the other reviews are fake. There are much better brands and just a very poor quality product for the price too.
Don’t waste your money.

I was able to exclusively pump with the Fraupow after 4 weeks of establishing my supply. It worked great for me and just being more mobile and free definitely got my oxytocin flowing and allowed me to have a better let down. I was able to get the same output with my Fraupow that I was getting with a traditional breast pump so it never impacted my supply negatively. Also, Fraupow customer service were amazing- my motor broke and they sent a replacement out immediately and I got it in less than 48 hrs. Friends have used the Fraupow upon my experience and have loved the pump too!

Had to return my faulty pumps after less than 5 weeks use. And now 2 months later I’m still waiting for a refund.

Expensive items that are back in your hands that’s I’m still out of pocket for. I wouldn’t ever recommend, customer service is useless and doesn't respond.

As a midwife and breastfeeding support expert I recommend Fraupow’s wearable pumps to all my clients. Easy and comfortable to use with so many settings, and inserts of varying sizes for different sized nipples, they genuinely allow busy mums to get on with their lives whilst either pumping to significantly increase their supply, or simply to build up a store to manage unsettled baby behaviours in the evenings. I have the Fraupow Viva Pro handheld pump and it is brilliant! It has a good variety of settings, it’s easy to clean, not too bulky and has voice assist aswell which can notify you when the milk level is full. Overall 5 stars from me!

I saw this brand at one of the baby shows and decided to order online after seeing the midwife and feeding support. The order arrived quickly and everythings working so well, will definitely be back soon!

Ive had two Fraupow breast pumps and both have been used from May - July (3months) and both pumps have stopped working properly. Really poor product.

I ordered from this company, they took my money and I haven’t received my order. I have emailed them a number of times and not been answered.
I ordered the rattle toy, so I haven’t lost a lot of money. I will see if I can claim back via the bank.

Buying a Fraupow breast pump was my best purchase during maternity. A real life saver for a tired mum!

I am an exclusive pumper and Fraupow seemed like the answer to my prayers, being reasonably priced and incredibly convenient day to day, allowing me to pursue my pumping journey. However, one of the breast pumps that I recently received is faulty, I have sent 3 emails to the support email regarding this, however my emails are being ignored. I am unable to find a contact number for the company and therefore am currently stuck with a faulty pump which is detrimental to my feeding supply. This is very poor customer service and I am incredibly disappointed as I was previously recommending Fraupow to everyone, I would be very hesitant to do so again.
Reading the below reviews, faulty pumps seem to be a common issue for Fraupow!

Really happy with my pump!

It fits well, easy to assemble and use. I've mostly been using it now I'm back to work and it has been very useful being hands-free so that I can get on and do other things too. Definitely helps make life easier and feel more confident wearing it as its nice and discreet!

It isn't much faff, is a good/manageable size (fits perfect in my bag) and is easy to clean and use.

I don't have experience with other pumps but I haven't felt the need to.

I don't use all the settings as I find only one seems to suit me but I'm happy with the results I get from that as it drains me well enough in a good time.

If I can think of something which I could added/improved, I would say either the battery life or the ability for it to be charged at the same time as using it. But that's partly because I'm not regular with charging it (daily), but I do think for busy mums that would be super helpful.

The best breast pump ever and I really mean that. The team are extremely supportive too, I had a small issue with my pump and as I was exclusively expressing…I completely panicked and the staff were able to reassure me and have a new pump delivered to me the following day. When I have another child, I’ll be 100% purchasing a second pump to speed up my expressing. Cannot speak highly enough of the product and, the support I received from the fraupow team.
