I too was scammed by these people. They said the product was delivered, gave me tracking which shows it went to a different address. Multiple correspondence via email went nowhere. Requests for a refund got delays and excuses. It's now been 9 months and no product, no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

These "gentlemen" of Fredericc.store are real scammers.
There is no goods, you will not receive anything after placing your order, it is all fake.
After you have ordered and paid for, a false shipment tracking will be sent to you and at some point it will appear that the goods have been delivered.
Instead it never arrived (probably because it never left).
Then you will write to ask for an explanation and they will pretend to send it to you again, or they will tell you that the article is out of stock and it takes time to get it back. A useless correspondence will begin which will last for months and which has the sole purpose of making you tired.
The fake customer support takes place via email.
They will promise you a refund, as they have done to me multiple times, but it's been three months and I haven't seen anything and I will never get my money back.
So my advice: forget it.
If you don't want to lose your money, carefully avoid Fredericc.store, which is a scam site.

Invece non è mai arrivata (probabilmente perché non è mai partita).
Allora voi scriverete per chiedere spiegazioni e loro fingeranno di spedirvelo di nuovo, o vi diranno che l’articolo è finito e ci vuole tempo per riaverlo. Inizierà una corrispondenza inutile che durerà mesi e che ha il solo scopo di farvi stancare.
La falsa assistenza clienti avviene tramite mail di terzi
Vi prometteranno il rimborso, come hanno fatto a me più volte, ma sono passati tre mesi e non ho visto nulla e non rivedrò mai i miei soldi.
