Great experience with the after sales…

Great experience with the after sales service. I got my parcel with a damaged box and Katerina assisted me from the very beginning. She could kindly manage the situation, she located a new box and I was able to give my present in mint condition.

Thank you very much for your concern. Apart from that Katerina sent me a discount code even telling her it was not necessary.

Please avoid this retailer

Please avoid this retailer. . They have changed the returns provider to yodel
In doing this the returns are no longer safe. I had to wait 2 months for my money back because a parcel was stolen. No attempt or apology nothing. Avoid

I have been proudly purchasing and wearing Fred Perry clothing for a long time. Over Christmas myself and my wife went to Manchester shopping, one of the stores we wanted to go in was Fred Perry store, which we did.
I purchased 2 polo shirts, one made in England for £100, the other cost £75.00.
After 1 wash, following the washing and drying advice on the tag within the shirts, both polo shirts shrunk and no longer fitted me. One of my sons liked the £75 shirt which I gave him. I wanted a replacement or refund
for the other one and contacted Fred Perry, this was at the end of December, The tops were purchased on the 21st of December. Since my initial email asking for advice on there have been almost 20 emails backwards and forwards, I have sent them photographs of the shirt, labels, washing instructions,measurements etc. They are now asking me to send the shirt, at my own expense to their quality control team in its original condition, it has been washed and shrunk! Then their QC manager will inspect the item and make a decision. What on earth. Keep my money. I will never purchase any Fred Perry clothing again.this is the first time ever that I have tried to have an item replaced.
Very dissaponted with Fred Perry. I will now have to decide my clothing of choice to replace Fred Perry, lol.

Bad Returns

I have never had an issue with Fred Perry themselves but I wish they didn’t use Yodel for the free returns. I’ve had two Fred Perry returns go missing with them, presumably stolen. The branded mailing bags probably don’t help with this. Luckily, Fred Perry has refunded me for both instances. If I purchase again in the future, it’ll have to be in store however this isn’t often possible as the women’s section keeps getting smaller and smaller.

Staff Stealing - received Shein in Fred Perry package

I ordered a jumper for my husband's Christmas present and received a women's Shein top. Be careful, the packaging was perfect and not tampered with...someone at wherever the items are sent from is substituting and sticking Shein rubbish in the parcels, unless a delivery person has got some FP envelopes and is reprinting labels. I really don't have time for this. It would be preferable to speak to someone, but no, all by email so slow to resolve.
Update: FP won't refund me as the delivery was 'successful'. I have not received what I ordered (no tags on Shein top, so assume my jumper stolen and switched for the cheap top). I've had to report this to the Police, spent time calling the Citizens Advice, who are surprised FP are ignoring the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and will flag the company to Trading Standards. I'm so glad this was over £100 and I used my credit card, but I still have to wait to see if that will be successful. I have one more letter I can send that CAB provided, it means taking FP to court. Be careful ordering online, and particularly with FP, this is a real wake up call and I should not be parting with my money online.

Leaving this review as a warning

Leaving this review as a warning for others - don't buy one of their Classic Pique Caps. Purchased one during the middle of July and already the colour from it has badly faded. Given I didn't wear it for the first month after purchase, that means it's only retained it's colour for 2 months!! This is an absolute disgrace when you bear it mind that they're currently pricing them at £50.

It's a real shame as it's a very nice cap but you'd be better off with a cheap one from a market stall. The quality will be about the same but at least you won't have spent much on it. Fred Perry used to be regarded as a real mark of quality when I was younger but it looks as if they've gone the way of many a British retailer and let the quality standards drop. I'll be surprised if within a few years, they haven't gone the way of Ted Baker.

Super service

I had an issue with a pair of swim shorts that I absolutely loved!
They were no longer in stock so was gutted at the prospect of not being able to replace them.
The customer service team were amazing. Really helpful. Managed to source me a replacement pair.

I've ordered a lot from Fred Perry over…

I've ordered a lot from Fred Perry over the last few years and I've always been very pleased. I had recently ordered 3 items and when the parcel arrived everything seemed fine. When I went to open it however it was very easy to open (not like every other parcel that you have to physically rip open). I was missing 2 items and the returns note. I contacted Fred Perry customer service who were very helpful and replied quickly. I waited around 4 weeks before contacting them again, just to give them time to find out what happened with the carrier. They again got back to me very quickly and ended up resolving my issue with a refund. I was told the refund could take upto 10 business days, but I received it the very next day. Great customer service and I will continue to order from them.

My son asked for a couple of these t shirts for his birthday . I ordered two ~ I was shocked by the poor quality of these overpriced pieces of tat. Pure garbage. I could not bring myself to purchase them £140 , for 2 items that cost next to nothing to throw together.
I really do not understand how intelligent individuals pay so much money to ensure super rich parasites get even wealthier. Not on my hard earned cash that is for sure. Trustpilot you need to add -rating s as I was unable to score below Zero which is what so called Fred Perry products are

This is why The British public buy foreign products,

Not going into the ins and outs, but as an international brand Fred Perry quality of product and responsibility of ownership and care is the poorest rated so called design er brand I have came across.
Fred Perry should be ashamed of their quality of product ans aftercare. I will never purchase the product or any of their related products again .
I would have got a better response from Del, Rodney and uncle Albert.

Not impressed

I am a relatively long time buyer of premium and luxury clothing labels. The most important thing for me, and anybody else that likes to spend a bit more on branded clothing, is the quality. I purchased a plain white cotton Fred Perry t-shirt, on sale at £35, in a well known UK Department store recently (I won't name the store, it isn't their fault). I thoroughly inspected the t-shirt before I left the store, flawless. The next day I took it off the hanger, out of the wardrobe, put it on and tucked it into my chinos as it was a little bit longer than the Boss cardigan I wore over it. Later that evening I arrived home and got changed out of my outfit, hoping I hadn't spilt anything down the t-shirt. I hadn't, but I saw 2 tiny holes on the front, another 2 on the front right sleeve and 1 on the rear left sleeve.

This is unacceptable. And ironically enough, it's not the first brand named after a famous figure in sport where I've had an experience like this. Stealing a living using the heritage of a name in a respected sport, and producing garments to a shocking standard.
I believe a few of the reviews below, and they have lost my business.

Shocking customer service

I paid for the FREE next day delivery, after 5 days no delivery, got in touch with customer service and they were an absolute joke. Delivery turned up on day 7. But I had to drive 8 miles to get it from post office. I would not it off Fred Perry again…….customer service are a waste of time.
