After trying to contact them on various platforms, received a reply apologising and claiming a new order would be sent, plus a free product. Nothing received. This is not a real company and do not pay any money to them.
This company is fictitious & fraudulent. I placed an order 27th Nov, received NO email of product dispatch, NO tracking link & NO response to my numerous emails & Facebook messages nor Facebook comments. Requested a refund. All ignored. My messages on Facebook were removed. Their website states they are scientists! They are thieves. Wish I'd read the reviews 1st.

Such a pity as it was exactly what I was looking for.
Company not to be trusted!
1. It took 5 weeks to get one spray from Slovenia to the Netherlands (should be 5-9 days according to the info on the site). Just wondering if they start growing the necessary ingredients from the moment the order is received or they care about the ecology so much that they just cycle through Europe instead of driving.
2. Non-existing customer service. Never got any responses on my mail with the question about if and when I should expect my order.
3. The packaging clearly does not comply to the regulations: no information on the manufacturer, no legal address or info on CE certification, poor English with mistakes, no clear list of ingredients. The instructions for use are much more detailed on the website itself, the only info on packaging is basically a marketing bullshit.
4. Taken all of above and comparing to the price which is not cheap at all, looks like you are paying for a black box, so for sure the first and the last time I shop on their site.
