I recently renovated my apartment and decided to install 3 airco units ( bedroom, kitchen/dining and living room) and went with FreekCool .

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the technicians. They arrived on time, were friendly, and got the job done quickly.

My unit in the bedroom wasn’t working properly and made a lot of noise but one call and I got quick and excellent help from Frank.
The service itself was thorough and my air conditioner is now working better than ever as I followed his advise and decided to have a pipe for the condensation water go straight to the outside instead of using the internal pump ( in my non professional words ;)).
Frank also took the time to explain what he was doing and answered any questions I had. I felt confident that my unit was in good hands.

Overall, I would highly recommend this air conditioner service to anyone in need of installation, maintenance or repairs.
They are reliable, affordable, and do excellent work.
I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The communication with FreekCool is perfect. Clear and quick responses. The mechanic was on time, very kind and professional. I have existing (old) airco units and FreekCool took the time to analyze the units and came with a maintenance suggestion and plan. I really and highly recommend FreekCool as you do not see this high standard of communication and delivery of work anymore. They deliver what they promise!
