I’ve used this company a few times most recent I ordered some company pens back in June. The pens have never arrived, I’ve emailed them 3 times and nobody has ever responded.

I had switched banks
I had switched banks - and noticed that some of my subscriptions had been cancelled. I went in, and updated all of the information (new credit card and banking information) - yet I still cannot get into my account. I am losing money by the hour because I cannot get into my account. Highly unprofessional
Highly unprofessional. Really hard to get into contact with, and when trying to move a domain they would not give up the authorisation code. I spent a week trying to get the code, and sent three emails to confirm that we wanted to keep the email service. When they finally gave the code, they also deleted the email.

it took a while until my problem was solved
I try to get help from the Support since July (now its Sept) because I add 1 Line to my Logo. I try it now the third time. They response after Days - sometimes more than a week and write me, they don't understand what I want. Then I write again and explain and then .......Nothing.... No answer - Feedback or help. And I paid already 50 CHF to get better Service. It's unbelievable
