Cancellation of subscription
I have been writting to Free Logo Services on numerous occassions, trying to cancel my subscription but they still never reverted to me, all they did was to carry on deducting money from my account.

My review / opinion has changed 100%. I received a call today from Free Logo (Agent's initials are B.B.). She was very willing to correct the issue I had. She made the correction and sent me a proof for approval within a few minutes. This is exactly the type of customer service that should be delivered, and I compliment her and them highly. In retrospect, I think I was too quick to post negative comments and should have given them more time to respond. I recommend their services and plan to order additional products in the near future. And to all you who complain "it's not free"... you can design your own logos and cards for free. But expecting to receive free cards or merchandise is not a reasonable expectation.

Best customer service by far! Considering my issue was being dealt with from overseas, I had regular contact with Kimberly who quickly and efficiently sorted my problem out. She even sent me another 100 business cards out free of charge, that had been amended due to a spelling mistake. Super impressed and will reorder again! Thanks!

This program is brilliant
This program is brilliant. It took me 10 minutes to find the logo I wanted. In fact it was the 3rd logo on the 1st row, the rest of the time was spent scanning through the rest to confirm I wanted the first one I looked at. Well done Free Logo Services! Oh, and I am a real customer who has never used this service before.
I also found my business design, that took me a few more minutes to find the template, within an hour I had a great looking business card.

What a slimey little company you are. You promise that people can "Create a logo for free using our logo maker". However once you get to the end of the proccess (20 minutes in) you then force the user to create an account and after that then inform if they want to download and use the logo it costs £30. Disgusting. If you want to sell something you should be up front about it instead of these underhand slimey sales tactics. Pathetic.

This is the worst company I have EVER…
This is the worst company I have EVER done business with. I have been attempting to get technical support for over 2 weeks. They have no telephone # listed, only help ticket requests - which go answered. I paid good money for the products I received and I am unable to access all of them. After submitting a help ticket request, I receive a "How Did We Do?" survey a few days later. Are you serious?? I'm now having to go through the arduous and costly process of transferring my Domain to another company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. They are a sham. I'm convinced no actual person actually works for this company.

This is unacceptable!
This is unacceptable. I cannot get ahold of anyone. I want to cancel my subscription but their site is not user friendly. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I want to cancel and they continue to charge me! I keep emailing them since there is no phone number to actually call to speak to a rep! I am getting charge twice in one month! I want a refund and I want to cancel my services! I will file a complaint!
Update: Thank you for reaching out. I replied with an Order ID. I tried to look for my Customer ID, but since your website is not user friendly, I was not able to locate my Customer ID. I am prepared to provide the payment history from 2018-2020. You will see certain months had 2 charges. I look forward to hearing from you.
