Charged my card twice. Phone number don't work .no reply to email.going to get bank on it

We attended The Backyard cinema and the only thing that made it worth the visit was the front of house staff who were helpful and friendly. Special mention and thank you to Theo who chatted with my grandson when we had to come out of the showing.

Visited the Freemans event at Twickenham today and was genuinely impressed by the service from a staff member named Luke. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and a lively, positive attitude that instantly made the experience more enjoyable. Luke was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout—nothing was too much trouble. His energy and manner stood out, and it’s rare to come across someone so naturally engaging and courteous. A real credit to the team. Thank you, Luke!

Be aware Freeman's are short measuring drinks at Gloucester Rugby Club, reported to trading standards, two different glasses of guiness sold , one was just over 3/4 pint, prices charged the same. Woman I complained to, shouted at me told me they were same, snatched larger glass from me saying she would prove they were same, promptly poured the liquid into smaller glass, told me look it fits!! I politely pointed to the quantity of liquid left in larger glass and asked, what about that, she couldn't answer and shrugged shoulders. How much money are they making doing this, will never buy another drink at a game.

My daughter worked for them. When leaving she needed a reference and a P45, despite numerous messages, phone calls and emails, the manager said she had no Internet for 3 weeks!! Her future career depends upon a reference. She finished in April, we are now in July and they have still not done anything! We are waiting for a response from her future employer but they may be looking to defer her apprenticeship start date for a year!! Apparently she was told they do not have a HR department!! What kind of company of this size employing hundreds of staff have no HR department. Absolute joke and I will make it my personal quest to ensure that everyone of my contacts in the industry and local area know to not use them!!

Rude staff and poor quality overpriced food. Advertising breakfast but after queuing was abruptly told not available, only burgers and hot dogs, charged £13:50 for 2 disgusting frankfurter dogs that went in the bin. I kept thinking I was going to spew from the bite I took. Should be shut down.

It's slave labor - the staff forced to stay in a concentration camp away from the festival. Watched 24 hours a day by security. Given poor quality food from a burger van. Underpaid & unpaid as they have to mill around for hours not getting their promised work it’s AWFUL.

We went to the Commonwealth games 2022 today and unfortunately used the catering by stand 123 managed by this company. We were served melted and off food and had to return expecting a refund. The manger was aggressive and rude, refused a refund, but told the staff to remove the food off the shelves.
We were continually refused a refund as ‘not possible’ and given an email to go to for a refund, that bounced. We had to leave the stall as didn’t want further stress on what was an family day out. Others were waiting for tea and coffee as they had no hot water and refused to refund..

Don’t use any catering at CG2022 run by this company.
