Really easy to use and the chat function is really helpful for quick answers.

Collegia is really easy to use and compared to other free payrolls, support is available via AI and human to human chat. I've been lucky enough to get an answer within the same hour. I am considering the premium package.

This company is amazing. Their staff, especially Cri and Lisa answer chat messages very quickly and efficiently making my life much easier.

Once you get the payroll set up it is easy to use. I did have a few teething issues to start with as some employees didn't want to be in the pension scheme and it wasn't clear that the employee has to remove themselves from the scheme and the employer can't. The help box is very quick at replying to questions as well. I was looking at switching over to a paid software, but they both are pretty similar. I am going to try the pro version to see if it is worth the small monthly payment, but this is still a lot cheaper than the alternative paid software.

Extremely responsive and helpful

The product is really easy to use, and suits my purpose perfectly. The support is also extremely helpful and human agents are on hand to talk you through any problems or questions you may come across to give you a very quick and easy to follow resolution.

I would highly recommend this service. It is a great way to do your staff payroll, particularly like me who has a small business. There's no need to pay for an accountant to do the same job. Also, the advisors are very helpful if you get stuck. An advisor named Cri, got me out of a bind, giving me clear and excellent advice when I got stuck.

I've just started using Collegia FreePayroll. I am using the free version and it is simple to use and does everything I need. I had some issues transferring over from my previous provider and the customer service has been excellent. They have fixed all the problems that I created in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this software.

I have been using this website for a few months now and I find it excellent. I use the free version and it has all the features I need for our small company. The customer service is excellent, very helpful and always available. Today I accessed the chat service and Cri helped me resolve the minor issue that 1 of my employees had. Made quite a daunting task somewhat easier and having the chat to guide is really helpgul when have questions. The free version is enough for our needs and once all setup makes the task easier

Whenever I need any advice or help, I use the messaging system and always get excellent advice and the information I need.
The software is very easy to use and links up with HMRC, which is perfect for me, one less thing to do. Also the pension contributions is another weight off my mind as they have all that sorted too.
My most recent help was today 09.03.26, I needed a specific report and Eduardo was brilliant, super helpful and really quick replying especially at 17:15 UK
