It dosent work at all !dont use money on this , one company name for order, and another for return, did I have this company name I have not buy this

It's not working. It's all a shame ...

I saw the Aerial Advertized on Facebook and bought one, I was robbed. Five Months have gone by and still haven't received it. Emailed asking for a refund but no reply, these guys are thieves. BY BY to my Money. I also noticed Amazon selling the aerial for half the price but it was too late my Money was gone and no Item was delivered. Can't believe Facebook are Advertising for Con men now.

I purchased 6 sets of their so called receivers (300gbp) that would pick up satellite channels however they performed extremely poorly in any location so tried to return them and get a refund. They gave me an address in the Netherlands so spent another 75gbp but they did not reach the address as it was not listed.

Also recently found that same antennas are available through Amazon for 25% of their price.

Been trying to get some contact with these 'thiefs' but as I am not buying anything there is no response.

I will keep trying but my advice is: do not under any circumstances get involved with this company as they are just crooks.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO CONTACT THESE CRIMINALS, AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS IS RIDICULOUS I WISH I NEVER SAW THE AD.

just ordered 1 of these things as seen it on Facebook.got to where i paid and the gave me my address and delivery address I'm in UK they gave it as Canada .Take it i wont be seeing my £80 no more. Contacted my card provider and money was gone even with wrong address .Ive now to put in a Fraud claim .Facebook should be ashamed of themselves

Ordered 4 units plus 4 amplifiers. Pay Pal charge went through almost immediately. The units arrived almost 6 weeks after ordering. They shipped from the Netherlands (nothing on the web site states that the products is shipped from overseas). Tried the units on 4 different tv's in different locations, none worked. I immediately sent an email to the company asking for return authorization. Heard nothing. I tried again and finally received an email telling me to return the units to an address in the Netherlands. I followed the instructions given and sent the units by USPS first class insured at a cost of $34.50. This was over a month ago, and now I get the package back as refused delivery. I also received another email stating that the need me to send copies of the shipping documents but they do not give me an address to send the documents. I responded to the latest email and have received no response. This has to be a scam and all I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!! Expensive lesson.

Let me join the long line of people who have been ripped off, paid and I actually have not received my item. But given the other reviews even if they arrive sound like they will not work. I paid via PayPal so I am hoping by complaining I may get my money back!!!

I purchased two (2) of these and they don't work plain and simple, trying to get support is a waste of time. I have 2 SmartTV one is a Panasonic and the other a Samsung UHD and neither of them recognize the unit even though I have followed what little useless directions , instructions provided......DO NOT BUY JUNK!!!!!

Ordered three of these units before reading reviews, now I will not even bother to open them even though I received them in an unreasonable amount of time. As P.T. Barnum famously said "There's a sucker born every minute ! "

No reception and I tried it everywhere even outside and they say call for help because they have support standing by. No one was standing by and that want you to email them. Very poor customer service. Now I will email them and see what happens.

I placed an order for 1 Tv Surf which was £35.74 and they have charged me £106.47. have e-mailed and messaged them and still not heard from them. I think it is highly unlikely I will get a response from them. do not buy from these people at all. they are quick enough to take the cash out of the bank. looks like I am going to have to go to the bank tomorrow to see if there is some way I can get my money back, as I cant afford to loose this amount.

I have tried to put an order, but the site charged me for 9 pieces, I contacted the company by email and I am waiting to receive an answer from them. Wonder if I am going to receive my money or its just another one of those fake sites ???

Still fighting to recieve our money back for Tv devices that are not only not workable but also illegal in Denmark.

In Ottawa Canada, this device is worthless and so is their customer relations. Shame on Amazon for promoting this FoxTV HDTV Antenna. Save your money it does not work.

Not work. Worthless.

The tile of home screen cannot change by using the mouse with new batteries. It is frozen on the ApkInstaller.

I have been trying to return the antennas and the amplifier for over a week. No answer to my emails. I want a refund!
