I used to love this site
I used to love this site. They were one of the best around. I had a pretty decent amount of success. The redemptions have always been really slow like everyone else said but other than that they were great. Were great that is. I used to get awesome promo package offers and a daily game option for a daily bonus every day which sometimes could be quite good. For weeks now I haven’t been offered any promo packages or mini games at all. Every time I talk to customer service they tell me that the site is being improved at that some features aren’t available. First off why is it taking that long? Secondly I know other people playing on this site every day that aren’t having these problems. What gives? I’m getting the run around and I don’t appreciate it. Did I win too much? I don’t know.

My first cashout of 2.5k was within…
My first cashout of 2.5k was within there threshold of 5 days. This second one for 2k is on day 6. All I get is it was sent to the relevant team. For how much I’ve gambled on the site you’d think they’d ensure I got my cashout on time but I haven’t will change review when I receive my cashout. Hoping for a quick resolution. But I got my acceptance of the cashout on the 18th it is now the 28th.
Update: It is now the 30th and still have not received my bank wire. All they will say is that it has been sent to the appropriate team. It has been with that “team” for 3 days now and I still haven’t been contacted.
Update: I’ve received the cashout in the form of refunds. Then won another 2 grand today and put in a request for cashout. Will update again with results of this cashout!
Update: October 1st, all of the refunds seemed to disappear. I haven’t actually received my second cashout and it’s making me worry about my third cashout. My review will remain as a 1 star review until I recieve both my second and third cashout.
Update: October 2nd I recieved my second cashout now I am just waiting on the third cashout! I think they are updating there cashout method so they are slower than usual. So far I’d say they are legit even though the process is a little wonky.
