We hired a van to move our sons stuff to his new flat and can't fault the service we had. Efficient and courteous staff when we collected the van and as we were dropping off they had closed we were able just to drop the keys in, hassle free.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! They took a £200 damage deposit off my card. I looked after the car perfectly. When I went to return it they said that there was no one there to check it over and that I needed to sign to say it would be checked later and that I was responsible for any damage found. I was not having this as it could get damaged in the meantime. So, the owner came out and walked around the car with me and said it was fine. Later the same day, I get a phone call saying it had been scratched and that they were keeping my deposit. Be aware of this company!!!
