Bad experience and will never use FRC again. First two pallets booked were not picked up on the day requested. On the second one I called the carrier terminal to see if they had the request and of course they did not so I called FRC and their rude customer service rep tells me it is booked and it is in the hands of the carrier. Well it never got picked up and I had to cancel and rebook throught another freight company. Definately not recommended.

Very good experience, from quote to delivery...They assisted us in transporting a Fire Truck from CA. to NC. After another company could not decide if they could or would, in addition they kept giving us the run around on the price...said screw them. Contacted FRC and they quoted us, truck was picked up the next morning after a hiccup on our part, they worked with us and the truck was delivered damage free and on time, 4 business days as promised. Excellent experience and will recommend them in the future.

Very helpful with good communication. Always reached one of two people as shipment proceeded. Would be 5 stars except for a minor snafu with their carrier, although how it happened by whom I'm not sure. Still, as a first time LTL customer, any wrinkle is concerning.

The shipment was irreplaceable vintage film negatives delivered to the Library of Congress. Hence, they were very professional and reliable.

I'll call them next time, for sure.

FRC Logistics is a great company because it provides excellent customer service and the truck drivers are extremely professional
Two years ago they provided service to transport optical laboratory equipment and there were no issues or problems, everything got there intact and the driver was helpful from beginning to end.
They also brought back some the equipment to California, we recommend them if you need to ship laboratory or industrial equipment

Provided transport of a container from Sacramento CA to ft Lauderdale FL. Very attentive to detail, return calls promptly and was very flexible with changing details

We had a very expensive highly sensitive scientific instrument that needed to be delivered states away. We fully instrumented with shock monitoring as it could be detuned if bumped or moved incorrectly. Even the most sensitive device was not trip.
FRC (Justin) was on point with making it happen quickly and with much ease. Driver was very professional, careful, on point, and on time. This is the second time we have used this Company for out of state delivery and been very pleased.

We had a transport of a trailer with a lot of unique components and despite many challenges they were able to come through to deliver on time.

FRC is great to work with and we have had no issues to date with this firm. Usually, they pickup on time and even earlier in most of our cases which is great for us, they also are easy to get ahold of, communication is great.

Shane Black worked diligently to get our shipment picked up when we needed it. FRC makes it easy to arrange a shipment and makes sure everything is running smoothly.

FRC has helped me complete three different shipments. Each has very specific requirements and each went off without a hitch.

Excellent Service and the best time.

From beginning to end we received perfect customer care. Easy to set up the truck for pick up and delivery. Delivered on time as stated they would. Will defiantly use this company again.

The carrier picked up on Friday and wanted the destination to unload on a weekend. The destination was not us but a vendor we use. They had/opted to come into work on a Sunday at 6 am to unload. I was not pleased when I heard this and do expect I will have to pay for this service down the road when this van body is mounted on my truck. No issue with the broker, they did a great job and I understand they can't always control the O/O who gets the load.

Made pick up and hauling of a truck on a low boy seem straightforward.

Shane was very helpful, and did a great job on securing a couple trucks! Cheap and fast service, no flaws! Thanks
