Non Delivery

I won a case of wine in a Freixenet competition. I asked for the wine to be delayed due to visiting an elderly relative over the Christmas period. On my return on the 30 December I requested that the wine could now be sent to me. On the 2 January I received an e-mail from C*****n (Freixenet Customer Service Team) advising me they were following up the whereabouts of the wine with their dispatch team.

On the 9 January I asked for an update and was advised by C*******y that their, dispatch team had been facing some delays, however that they had now started sending out the product and she assured me I would have it shortly

On the 20 January and 22 January I asked for a further update, C*****n apologised for the delay and asked the dispatch team to send out as a priority and she said it is being dispatched imminently and due to arrive next week.

On the 26 January I asked if they would check and confirm that the wine as had been dispatched and which courier will be delivering the case, together with the tracking number. I received no response. I also suggested they sent me vouchers equivalent to a case of wine in order that I could collect the bottles from my local supermarket. On the 27 January I suggested that the delay may have been caused by my original request not being actioned due to the Christmas and New Year bank holidays, as yet I have not received a reply to these e-mails and still no wine.

Freixenet Prosecco really BAD....product and customer service

I purchased a 5 bottles of Freixenet Prosecco DOC in 2024 and opened them for guests at Christmas. One was good but the other 4 were quite rancid/vinegar-like. Extremely disappointing. Freixenet not responding to my complaint to date and their phone number is "dead". I will not be purchasing any of their products again and suggest you do the same.

Prosecco Handbag Fail

I purchased a handful of prosecco handbags from Costco, however with carrying them from the car to my house they are badly damaged and the handles are ripped.
I have a tradition to give my mother, sister and grandmother etc. this gift each year, but this year the quality is really poor. The gift doesn't feel luxurious any more and there are less chocolates. I'm really disappointed.
When I returned them to Costco (they said I could exchange) the handbags left all had the same issue. Some didn't even have handles.
I won't buy again.

My favorite brand

For champagne. Not over acetic, not over sweet and bitter, just great. Like both labels of it, while cava is more milder, negro is more dry and tasteful.
