I waited 2 weeks for an appointment for my sons Renault Clio. I told them that the central console was not working, a sensor fault code was showing on the dash and would like all that fixed as well as a full diagnostic. I was pre-warned that a diagnostic would be chargeable. However, after running the diagnostic they told me I would have to take the car to Renault as they had not yet been given the access to the diagnostic platform for Renault. They had not told me that upon booking or when I dropped the car off. Rob, the owner said without the diagnostic access he would be “pi*sing in the wind to try and fix it”. They still charged me £51 for a piece of paper with generic codes that they could not decipher despite me protesting. I feel ripped off. A complete waste of time and money, avoid at all costs.
