What a lovely experience !
The guys in the shop made my life easier, helped me choose a suit that was so hard !
Artur & Fabjon took around an hour with me just to make sure they got my right needs then they helped me pin the suit ! Thank you guys I tried around 10 on but for the perfect one !

Our experience in the French Eye branch in Oxford Street was outstanding. The service from Abhay and Sabina was the best quality, and they catered to the needs of us to perfection. Will be coming here in future!

Excellent shop and great experience. Raman was really friendly, didn’t push a sale at all - I tried on about 10 things and he had all the patience in the world. Was very pleasantly surprised at the prices, all in was ~£550 for a very high quality black-tie outfit (including tailor fitting to all 3 pieces) and I looked and felt one million dollars (great value compared to peers like MossBros/hawes&curtis). Will 100% go back next time I need a suit - couldn’t recommend strongly enough.

Chaya gave me excellent customer service, making me feel comfortable and happy with my first suit-purchasing experience.

Chaya was absolutely wonderful! We are a queer, nonbinary couple and it is always a struggle to find a suit shop in which we feel comfortable and welcome. Chaya understood exactly what we were looking for and tempted us into buying some gorgeous pocket squares - we will be coming back for the tailored suits next!

Chaya was incredible from start to finish - her attention to detail is fantastic and I am very happy with the suit I have purchased for my wedding. Thank you to all staff at FrenchEye for their support too! I’ll be back here for sure.

Chaye (I may be spelling this wrong) was a very helpful assistant. I was buying a suit and valued getting her advice on length adjustments etc. Not only this, she stayed an hour past closing time helping me!

Also, the store manager (I think) was excellent. He advised very well on size and adjustments. I felt very confident in my choice after taking with him. He made the experience so good.

Excellent Customer Service from Ramah the store manager, had to get my suit at short notice and he kept the shop open for me on a Sunday to get my suit tailored

Abhay is an exemplar gentleman, with spectacular mannerism in the way he consulted us. To keep it short, if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have purchased the Tux. Great company, Great quality and Great people.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly the 1st minute I walked in . Ended up buying a custom fitted wedding suit on which the tailors did a brilliant job. I will definitely go back again together with some of my friends . Thank you
