This is the first time shopping at Frencheye, walking into the store I was greeted by Abhay, he was very welcoming and provided a great 5 star service. I came in to buy a suit for my graduation and I left very happy with my purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again. Thank you Abhay once again.

Pedram provided a great service in the White City store when we went to buy my husband's wedding suit. He was attentive, helpful and responded to our requests quickly. He also made us feel comfortable by not pushing any sales and letting us choose what we wanted. He made us feel like VIP clients and sorted out the alterations required quickly. Highly recommend getting a suit via Pedram in White City Shepherds Bush Westfield store.

First tailoring experience and felt more than accommodated throughout.

I've had a wonderful experience at FrenchEye White City with Pedram last week purchasing 2 suits. He listened well to the alterations I wanted and recommended me shirts to match my whole outfit. My father was also very happy with him as he treated us with respect and helped him putting his blazer on. It really made us feel very welcome and I will definitely recommend my family members to this place. I hope to see him again as I need to buy a few ties but this is what a business is about attracting customers to come more and more!

I have had an awful experience with FrenchEye Westfield White city. The lady named Razzia was very rude to me and my whole family. As my brother is getting married, the first time we had come here, we had selected 4 suits to purchase and had also purchased alterations/tailoring through Razzia. As we were taking the measurements and letting her know what we would like in terms of fitting, she was not listening to us one bit on what kind of measurements we wanted and was stern on giving the measurements she wanted to give us. However, thoroughly I had mentioned time and time again that I wanted the trouser length to be longer and the waist size to be bigger so it wouldn’t be tight on me. She was not happy to listen to us which was very surprising as we are the customers wanting to purchase the suits from the store. As a person who purchases many suits due to my profession I was very surprised at the way she had reacted to what kind of measurements she wanted and as we mentioned to her repeatedly that these were the ones we wanted she would make it very obvious that she is angry. As I live in croydon, it is not easy to come here and having come FIVE times and taking time off my university for this is absolutely stressful. After the measurements were taken finally she had told us come back in one week. However, upon arrival after TWO weeks, two of the suits were not completed for tailoring! She then took mine and my brothers measurements AGAIN which doesn’t make sense as it should’ve been written down beforehand and told us that she will post it to our house. As promised, it was posted to our house however my trouser was too tight! INSTEAD OF MAKING IT LOOSER, SHE MADE IT MORE TIGHTER. I have had a terrible experience with Razzia at FrenchEye as it caused both me and family a lot of stress due to it being my brothers wedding and things not being ready on time. We have wasted so much on money on petrol and also our time from taking days off from university to my parents and brother taking off days from work to ensure we had our suits ready and tailored. I will not be purchasing from frencheye in the future.

Raman was fantastic - needed a suit ASAP & he guided me through the whole process, within 24hrs I had a fully tailored suit with a perfect fit.

The moment I walked in the store I was so happy to see the suits I have been looking for, for ages. I was approached right away and customer services were amazing and really helped me with my suit size. I definitely reccomend this shop and I hope they grow really big so that a shop can open up in Germany, infact all over the world. People need to see these amazing suit designs!

Going into the new store with the recommendation from a friend. I was skeptic so if I would be able to buy a suit and get it altered within 5 days. Raman offered it to be tailored to my requirements and more by Wednesday. The service by Raman was exceptional and also worth the money I spent on the 3 piece suit. Thanks a lot and will be recommending to more people.
