Waited 3 weeks to get order. Received the jacket with no school logo and a very light gray sweatshirt with a white logo which was suppose to be dark blue as shows on picture on order and on website. Horrible I wish the school would think of another company when they make the mistake you have to pay for their mistakes? The ties are horrible made, pants aren’t the correct fit. They also send you whatever size they feel like knowing damn well they made a mistake on their end. Every refund you have to pay for return out of it. Make it make sense. This isn’t helping us as parents at all.

Problem 1- took several weeks to actually ship the ordered uniforms (ordered well before school started, got said uniforms after 2nd week of school was done).
Problem 2- I spent $39 to get the school emblem placed on the shirts and they simply sent me blank shirts, with no school emblem placed on them.
Problem 3 - More than a 30 minute hold time to talk to customer service. More than 280 people in the online AI chat que.
Save yourself the hassle and don't waste your time with this company.

This company seemingly has a reputation for terrible customer service! The delays in shipping, long wait times on the phone, customer service chat is completely broken and they think that because they shipped your order (2½ weeks late) that you're complaint has been resolved. WRONG! We paid for expedited shipping (3-4 days), if that can't be fulfilled it shouldn't be offered and if it's not fulfilled, we as the consumer should be compensated/refunded for said shipping costs. PLEASE avoid them at all costs! Better Business Bureau will be contacted as well, there is absolutely no excuse for lack of communication, or conflict resolution!

Ordered uniforms for my three kids July 9th. School starts August 12th. No uniforms. Cannot get in contact with this company for weeks. Finally get in contact and ask where my uniforms are. They say they will escalate my order. Later that day they cancelled my order. Trash company. Tell your schools to order else where.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service for 4 days just to find out why my order hasn't been delivered. When I finally got in youch the man is telling me to calm down and that they cant do anything because according to their end it was delivered. It obviously wasn't since I'm still waiting! After arguing for way too long about it, I should be getting a refund but we will see if it actually goes through. There is a reason they have their google reviews hidden.
Quality is great but...
The quality is great but, customer service horrible. By horrible I mean you can never get in touch with anyone they send you to a chat and I was always customer 289! They can't keep up, you have to place your order at least 2 or 3 months in advance or your kids won't have uniforms when school starts. I keep trying to at least track my order but have not been able to in over a month bc I am always transferred to the chat page, which no one ever gets to me.

Worst company ever, ordered uniforms for my daughter and the order states that delivery will take 3-days.
Upon checking the order status, I have been surprised by a note says that it will take them additional 10 business days to finish the custom order. What mind of funny business these people are running.
I will send a complaint to the school demanding them with a more serious vendor. WORST OF ALL

Horrible. Submitted order July 13 with no update on order. Was on hold for 2 hours and 22 mins just for the call to be disconnected, chats queue I was # 449. Finally get through to someone just for the agent to say no update no new information. By far the worst company.

I would give 0 stars, i am forced to give 1 star. I placed the order on 7/25/2025 and still now I have not received my order. When i check in the website it still says the order is processing. To avoid shipping charges we need to buy for more than $100, so I purchased for $105. My daughter's school is starting next week and we dont have the uniform yet. I am trying to reach someone from the cutomer service but no luck as they only respond in email and that too after 1 week of sending them an email. I tried to chat with them but everytime i try to chat it goes on waitlist and says there are 50+ people above me. I opened an escalation ticket from their website (CS25498270). Can any senior executive / manager from the French Toast please contact me ASAP.

This is the worst experience I've had with a uniform company. I've been waiting over a month for my order. The previous agents have been stonewalling telling me it'll be shipped in a few days. Now here we are, after school has already started with no shipment or email from them. Now all of a sudden their customer service number is no longer in service. This company is a FRAUD!!!!
