It's been over a week and there has been no reply regarding my order, seems to be stuck in the warehouse :( and now I need to wait at least 2 extra weeks for the investigation to finish ;/
I gave 1 because of bad timing of sending over a request for rating from Freshcotton. I was frustrated after not getting my order for the occasion it was intended to be worn, having to point support to maybe checking the warehouse or carrier. The support is very responsive, so +1
