POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
A member of the freshcotton team (Babette) confirms that they have a bug in their system that doesn’t process new delivery addresses. Mind you I reach out to them so they can change the delivery address because the right address is clearly stated within my order overview. Babette’s response: “We cannot change this anymore because it has already been shipped” lol, I placed the order like an hour ago so they could’ve definitely changed this.
So, I paid for the delivery but due to a mistake on their behalf they expect me to go an pick-up the order at a pick-up point which I’m not willing to do hence the fact that you actually pay for the delivery! I’ve placed numerous orders before but this will definitely be the last one, worst customer service ever...

Best products in the Netherlands
The products are perfect and normally the delivery is also on point. Lots of diffirent styles and they update their assortiment weekly.
Only thing is that their customer service is not very professionel when i had a question. They were nice to me but just not very professional
