Med 35.000 tecknade prenumerationer är vi Sveriges mest sålda produkt inom alternativ media. Vi betalar dock inte Trustpilot med trafik eller pengar, vilket man måste göra om man inte vill framställas som ett oseriöst skojarföretag på denna sajt. Trots det har vi högre Trustpilot-betyg än Sveriges mest omtyckta företag såsom Telia (1,3), Ikea (1,4), SEB (1,3), Elgiganten (1,4) mfl. Vi hoppas därför att klagomålen här, som nästan alltid är ogrundade och kommer från inkassokunder som vägrar betala sina fakturor, kan tas med en nypa salt. 2 years after they confirmed having…
2 years after they confirmed having cancelled my subscription by e-mail, I receive yet another claim. I've had it. Any fraudulent claims or any communications of any nature stemming from their e-mail alias will go to my spam folder from here on out.
Two possible explanations:
(1) Human error or computer error, i.e. my subscription's status was somehow changed from cancelled to active.
-or-
(2) They're desperate for funds and are using dishonest business practices.
I don't know which it is and don't care, but I see that other customers have reported receiving payment requests after cancelling their subscriptions just the same way I did.

Eller så var det alternativ (3), dvs att vi agerat korrekt och du gjort fel. Låt mig förklara:
Du tecknade en prenumeration (kundnr 12606, Paypal-kvitto: 7AB27080YB0888021) den 28 januari 2017. Denna sade du upp per mejl "Cancel subscription" den 11 januari 2019. Vi fakturerade därför till den 11 januari 2019 och avslutade kontot.
Ett knappt år senare, den 27 december 2019, gick du in och tecknade en ny prenumeration (kundnr 31014, Paypal-kvitto: 5C672656RC1373012). Denna andra prenumeration, som alltså tecknades nästan ett år efter att du sagt upp den första, har du inte sagt upp.
Det är alltså inget konstigt med att vi skickat en faktura för denna andra, ej uppsagda, prenumeration. Den har löpt i två år och vi vill få betalt för det andra, ännu obetalda, året. /WN

Some people do something useful for the society, as shoemakers, welders or garbage collectors, but the guys from Fria Tider earn their living by sending fake invoices. Hopefully, people do not pay!
