I can’t recommend Fridgesmart enough! Their customer service was amazing from the first call, support with what I needed to order throughout the process, to ensuring a smooth delivery. I really appreciated the family feel to this small business and will be recommending them to other shop owners. I’ll be returning as a customer the next time I need anything they can supply. Beware. Great if things go well. If they don't then you won't get a penny in compensation even if you, like we have, lose £500 worth of stock.
They sent an engineer and confirmed that the fridge and sensor were not calibrated properly. The engineer then calibrated both. We feel that a fridge that is calibrated correctly is something you should expect!
We were told that unfortunately they don't take any responsibility for the loss of our stock.
As far as they are concerned that is the end of it and they will not help us.
As you will see from their response they know they sold us faulty goods but they don't have to do anything about it as they have put a clause in their T&Cs that permits them to sell faulty goods with no comeback.

I have just purchased a new freezer for our business, having previously ordered 2 chillers from Fridgesmart and received amazing service.
They have an excellent website, but if you require assistance, they are only too happy to help and support you if you phone or email them.
They are a wonderful company in today's changing world showing a continued professionalism whilst retaining 'the personal touch', which you most definitely do not receive from large companies.
We live in the Scottish Highlands and our freezer arrived early - unheard of when we're waiting for deliveries, as normally days later than stated date!!
I honestly wouldn't consider shopping anywhere else.

We did contact you and wanted to send you the evidence. Your sales representative was so rude. Told us to pay the amount or it won’t be delivered and hang up the phone. We had to pay the amount straight away as we needed the fridge urgently. I believe your phone calls are recorded. I will give you the date and estimated time.

Quality control shocking. My company has ordered from them twice and both times we had issues with the courier and/or the product. Just really bad service and they are not willing to refund. terrible
