Great little oven - was looking for one free from toxic materials such as PFAS and this fit the ticket, great price as well, and very speedy delivery. Love the flexibility it has of range of temperature, and the different modes of cooking, so far has proved to be brilliant, speedy cooking without compromising on quality, and very easy to use. The actual oven style set up and interior light really helps it beat my old airfryer for me.

I purchased Fridja f500 which was well packaged design was excellent and easy to use . However it did not seem to work around the seal could press micro switch which seemed good so contacted manufacturer who were so helpful . As purchased from Amazon they guided me through arranging return and replacement this was at 22.30 next morning about 9am was courier with replacement then later royal collected faulty one . This time all worked so must of been loose connection. Tried blending ice and no problem compared it ninja and found cut up ice much better and gave a finer blend with customer service this good highly recommend them and will buy other products from them . When any company manufacture thousands of products there are going be one or two failures but very happy with company so much was telling everyone at work how good they were .

Lovely airfryer, tiny oven. Easy to use. Space saver Faster than a normal airfryer and believe me I have 4 other airfryers.

I highly recommend this company's products. They helped me solve my sweater problem and remove the wool clumps without any problems.

Easy to navigate website, great products at competitive prices. Bought the air fryer oven and the laundry steamer, both fantastic!
The air fryer oven is much more compact than I expected, so perfect in terms of worktop space. Looks smart. Simple controls, just getting used to the power as different to my compact air fryer so some trial and error needed. Also can switch off the fan which prevents lighter foods flying around. I've bought a stand with pull out shelf to rest the door on when open as it over extends and could be at risk of damage, also allows you to take out baking trays and place on the door to check if food ready. Loving it so far ...

Placed an order for the multi oven pro, received a discount as paid upfront for pre order and actually received my oven a week or so before expected date, so very pleased. It came very well packaged, the oven looks great, well made and quite stylish. Read all instructions then set off using the same day. Great range of pre set options and manual as well, have used virtually every day with brilliant results, so won't be using main oven again, perfect for two people or small family, highly recommend.

The 30l oven is compact but really versatile. Plus the air fryer mode is blessing for me whilst carrying out renovations at home

Waited a couple of weeks for my Fridja Oven pro but boy was the wait worth it! Bought for our motorhome as relatively low wattage compared to other cooking devices but would equally be at home in a bedsit, flat or boat -anywhere really. Well made and no nasty gases and easy to clean. Ran it twice for 25 minutes to burn off newness, lovely and quiet, and then cooked a chicken pastry which browned and crisped beautifully. I can't wait to bake cakes etc when we're away. Having all the cooking variables in one good sized space is such a boon. All in all thrilled with the form function and price

Very prompt response and helpful customer service

Recently purchased the f40 fabric shaver from Fridja. Pleasantly surprised by how well it worked, much better than others I’ve tried over the years. The biggest plus point is that it doesn’t need batteries but can be charged. It did need emptying a couple of times but that was only because it removed so much lint.

I absolutely love my Fridja juicer, using it most days and so easy to use and more importantly so easy to clean

Customer service from Jo has been on point, answering my questions that I put through the website within 30 minutes. In fact, probs more like 15/20 minutes. Especially since I was buying my first juicer.

I'd bought my first juicer which arrived on the 11th March. I then tried to assemble on the 16th March in the afternoon since I could finally use it.

I was having trouble and eventually sent a video via WeTransfer of what I was doing and making sure I was doing it correctly. Turned out the base was faulty. The other parts were actually fine. I did find it strange it fit fine but not when clicking in.

Anyhow, now the 17th March and already sent the replacement base. Excellent! Feels great to support a British company who care about their customers!

I love it, it is compact, very handy, excellent for smoothies, soups, and dressings.

Having done the initial reviews and finding the F500 portable blender was well rated and the customer service good I purchased one in June Last year, today though it started playing up (after daily use) I contacted Fridja by email and within minutes I had a reply requesting my Amazon invoice, following supply of the invoice I had a confirmation email advising of the dispatch of a replacement blender. WOW that's customer service for you, Thank you Joanne for your support and prompt action.

Don't buy if you're already using a Nutribullet to juice: I invested £170 as a "treat" to myself ... but it was a complete waste of money.

Would highly recommend the Nutribullet and a sieve instead of the Fridja juicer.

I bought a juicer from Fridja which is brilliant..best one I have ever had ...communication with Fridja is 1st class ..they are extremely quick to reply to any emails and deal with any issues intimidately

these days most companies do not offer good after sales service /customer service but Fridja offer a superb service .highly recommend them

I bought this juicer 4 months ago and enjoyed it things were going well but after using this machine to make some sorbet as it had advertised in the videos it broke . Customer service said I should have partially defrosted the items 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ . So they won't fix it .
I will be replacing it with a better brand as it says it is a whole fruits juicer which it definitely cannot cope with, without getting clogged .
Disappointing customer service and repair services.

F10 is a really good steamer, not tried on cotton shirts but steamed jeans no problem. I've every faith it will steam cotton shirts just as well.
It was delivered quickly.
