Nice design, but durability inadequate

I'm probably being generous with the 3 stars. Although I loved using this water bottle, it broke after only a few months. I was camping, & it went from being upright on the grass, to tipping sideways on the grass. This is all it took to break, so I don't believe the durability is good enough.

Extremely disappointed with the company…

Extremely disappointed with the company as a whole:

PRODUCTS:
1. Ordered a bamboo soap holder that became mouldy within 2 weeks. I paid £4.75 for a soap rack that went into the bin after 2 weeks of use. The "sustainability" Friendly Turtle advertises is yet another marketing trick. An essential part of a sustainable product is its durability.
2. The glass spray I ordered doesn't even spray properly. The only reason why this review is not a 1* is that the glass bottle itself is actually very good quality. But what's the point if the spray doesn't spray as it should? It's supposed to have two options: dispersed and one stream. I normally use the dispersed but it changes from two streams to something resembling one stream with some dispersed drops around it. Bear in mind it was also not cheap - £3.50. Expected more. It's not a big deal until I actually have to clean something that can only be cleaned properly (e.g. carpet) with a nicely dispersed stream.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
The response from the customer service team was also disappointing. I was told "Bamboo is susceptible to mould unfortunately and given it is used within a damp environment, it will need to be wiped down with a cleaner detergent or a solution of vinegar and lemon regularly." - make it clear on your website that the bamboo is not treated with a product to prevent moulding? What bothered me the most was that you can't review anything on the website. This is the first ever website/company I have ever seen whose products you cannot provide a review for. Normally, websites encourage reviews from customers 🚩🚩🚩
"All of our reviews are taken care of by reviews.io, and they send out review requests to 1000 of our customers every month. This ensures that the reviews that are left are genuine and made by genuine customers of ours We do receive over 1000 orders per month so not every single customer receives a review request" This speaks for itself. Not every customer has the right to leave a review? And the reason for this is to ensure reviews are genuine? This is laughable. How hard is it for you as the website I ordered from to confirm I have ordered from you? Literally, any normal shopping website offers the option to review an item in the "Orders" section.

I'd avoid.
