They responded immediately to my request for an initial survey. Carl was very friendly and patient when explaining the proposed plumbing arrangements, even drawing a diagram to show how all the internal taps would receive softened water while a separate outside tap would retain the usual mains water for gardening.
Jim did an excellent job, including some very neat internal and external pipework. The purified drinking water exceeded my expectations—it tasted excellent! After washing my hair using the softened water in the shower, I could immediately feel that my hair was softer than before.
I have already recommended Friendly Water to friends and neighbours, and I would happily recommend them to anyone considering a water softener or purified drinking water system. I am very pleased with both systems and the quality of the installation.

There is nothing quite like tasting that crisp, purified water for the first time or feeling the difference soft water makes in the shower. Hearing that the results exceeded your expectations absolutely makes our day.

Their initial advice, having listened to our brief, was clear, informative and to the point. Price was agreed including a couple of additional plumbing and a delivery date fixed. Very knowledgeable service man who was efficient and helpful and carried out the work, clearing up really well afterwards. Cannot fault them in any way - totally recommended.

Have dealt with Friendly Water for over 18 years
I first dealt with Friendly Water 18 years ago and found their sales and service brilliant at the time. I've just replaced a water softener again found their service to be exemplary. Good needs analysis and solid quotation, engineer arrived on time and was quick, tidy and thorough. There are probably others doing similar work but I won't waste my time looking. Thesy guys have been in the business for too long to be anything other than first class.

First class service from Friendly…
First class service from Friendly Water. After 20 years of use my 3 way tap started to have problems from wear. I noticed that Friendly Water sold such taps on their website. I called them and they quoted a reasonable all in price for the supply and fitting.
It’s a bit of a risky job with confined space under the sink, but their fitter wasn’t phased by these constraints and was very pleasant, jovial, tidy and efficient and my new tap was installed in probably under an hour. Great job Friendly Water.

Replacement Softener Installed
After our old softener stopped working after 15 years, Friendly Water installed a new one. The booking process was easy and the engineer was on time, courteous, tidy and efficient. Everything went smoothly and he removed the old softener free of charge and did not ask us to pay for his street parking. We even got two bags of complementary salt. Excellent service, thank you.

From the first visit by Peter we felt informed and above all comfortable. There was no pressure to make an instant decision and in fact we first visited the premises to taste water before choosing a water filter. Having made our choice and without having to pay a deposit a date for fitting was arranged within a week due to a cancellation. The fitter arrived on time and worked efficiently and neatly. All I all a very positive experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending Friendly Water.
