While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Staffed by a team that have either signed without compromise agreements, been fired or made redundant

Looking for a consultancy led by a former CEO surrounded by controversy? Then Frimley Associates may be the choice for you.

Want a team that relies on recycled PowerPoint decks, repackages consultant slides, and presents familiar ideas as new thinking? Then Frimley Associates could be exactly what you are looking for.

Prefer strategic advice reduced to slogans such as “throw the ball further” rather than practical, evidence-based solutions? Then they may be the team for you.

Frimley Associates is led by a former CEO whose departure from their previous organisation attracted significant attention and discussion. The organisation is also staffed by a number of former KCC and CSG employees, some of whom, according to critics, left their previous roles following dismissals, requests to leave, redundancy processes, or negotiated departures involving without prejudice agreements.

Critics argue that Frimley Associates’ approach is to enter organisations, identify cost savings largely through workforce reductions, and then move on — leaving those organisations to deal with the longer-term consequences. The concern raised by some is that while short-term financial targets may be achieved, the resulting reduction in capability, knowledge, and resilience can leave businesses weaker and more vulnerable.

If you are looking for sustainable transformation, genuine organisational improvement, and long-term capability building, it may be worth considering whether this approach aligns with your objectives.
