I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in with clear reference photos of my own hair, showing the balayage/highlights and haircut I wanted, and I specifically asked if it was possible to achieve that result. I was told yes.

Unfortunately, I left with hair that was very yellow and difficult to manage, which was far from what we had agreed on. I contacted the salon immediately and returned, explaining that I couldn’t go to work looking like this. However, I was told there was no time to fix it that day, and instead of offering a solution, I felt blamed for the outcome.

I also found the explanation about the products not being suitable for “non-Scandinavian hair” unprofessional and unconvincing. What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness to take responsibility or correct the result.

In the end, I had to pay another salon to fix my hair, which added to the cost and stress. Considering the price I originally paid, I expected much better service and care.

I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

I had my eyebrows done today, and I’m extremely unhappy with the result. They look very uneven and badly shaped, with empty spots, missing color, and one side higher than the other. It honestly looks terrible, and I can’t stop crying — I feel devastated.

I trusted the salon because the first time I had my eyebrows done there, they looked amazing, but this time the result is completely different. I’m really disappointed and very dissatisfied. My eyebrows look awful and it has really affected my confidence and self-esteem.

I would like the salon to take this seriously and please offer to fix my eyebrows as soon as possible.

Dyed my girlfriends hair, the exact way she described.
Also cut my hair and gave advice for a haircut that would fit me.
We both left satisfied and will be returning.

Really great treatment - Louise at Strøget did my colour and cut today and she was great. Very polite and chatty, it was a really nice experience. I love the colour and my hair looks much healthier now. Thank you, Louise😊

Hairdresser Stender Strøget is by far the best place I have had my hair done. My usual hairdresser is Simone, however all of the staff is extremely talented and the atmosphere is amazing! Stender Strøget has my highest recommendations!

This week I had a haircut and color done by two wonderful students at Stender. In order to meet everyone's quite expensive needs at home (we have teenagers in the family) I'm trying to cut down where I can! The students at Stender's did an excellent job, really good feeling for understanding who you are/what you want, and great sense of style and trends. The students were at all times closely supervised by the professionals at Stender's. Great!
