There was an issue with the packaging and they sorted out immediately. Fritz has assisted me and I’m very satisfied. Food wise, to be honest, they’re really tasty.

The vegetables have been nice on the whole.
Good balance of flavours.
I dont think certain proteins like lamb burgers for example benefit being prepared in this way.

Amazing fresh food that's both delicious and healthy. I've tried several other meal prep companies, and Frive is by far the best!

Frive has made mealtimes so much easier for me, meals straight from the fridge to the microwave so convenient
My health has improved so much and i am losing weight too. I love that my plan can be altered paused or changed at anytime.

Amazing meals, so much more flavour than other meal company's I've tried and I seem to feel more full up afterwards. Meals also arrived on time and very well packaged with plenty of ice packs. When I wanted to pause my meals this was very easy and a big test for after my last experience with a different company was how easy was it to cancel. The process is easy and clear. Overall I'm very impressed and I would recommend.

Cannot complain at all so far with Frive.
Meals are absolutely delicious, great mix of menu and even when I’m not particularly excited about a meal it ends up being great. Delivery has all been good and everything exactly as ordered. Much improved on another service I was using…though slightly pricier, but worth it in my opinion.

I was going to order a weeks supply of meals I wanted to add some pork dishes but couldn’t find any …. I made some enquiries and all frives meat meals are halal which is fine if you eat halal .. I don’t and could not find any information on their page stating this … this should be clearly stated on the companies main page as I almost ordered which would have been a total waste of my money .. be transparent Frive

I ordered these meals and was really excited to try them. However, after purchasing, I discovered that they use halal meat, which is not stated anywhere on their website or product information.

I contacted the company to raise this issue, and while they apologised and said they would take my feedback into consideration, no refund was offered. As a result, I had to dispose of the meals.

I believe this information should be clearly disclosed so customers can make an informed purchasing decision. The lack of transparency was disappointing and, in my view, misleading.

Great meal prep service, it has been an absolute lifesaver for me as I have a newborn baby and I am at home by myself and do not have time to cook. Thanks to Frive I am able to have healthy high protein meals which are great for my recovery, and they are always very tasty as well. Customer service team are also extremely helpful and friendly, particularly Fritzgerald who helped me resolve an issue with my deliveries!

The concept is great and I always find meals I like. Sometimes the defaults are not great, so it requires effort to change them every time.

The app seems to behave poorly at times: it shows the wrong information, or the settings are not reflected. I think it had improved over time.

I've had issues with meal packaging being damaged more often than I'd like.

The human customer service team is helpful. The WhatsApp bots and in-app customer service is more hit and miss.

Delivery did not turn up, then was offered a credit off the next delivery which was now 20% off and not the 40% off, but that didn't turn up anyway, ive had to chase for my money back twice, why am I having to chase this when its the courier or suppliers fault. I won't be using this company again

The meals are delicious, good portions. The arrive well packed and with plenty of ice blocks to keep them cool and fresh.
Gave noticed on my 3rd-4th order prices have increased on the best meal though.

Customer service has been absolute shambles. They have AI answering their emails and their live chat. What kind of bullshit is this? Can I not talk to a human. Can a phone number not be placed on the site?

I ordered 10 meals and only 2 arrived and the other 8 were missing. Customer service has been absolute shambles and the stupid AI bot cannot answer shit. The frive protein drinks taste like shit

The customer service follow up is speedy, efficient and understanding.

Spoken with Josh on WhatsApp earlier on today due to an issue with our delivery and it was resolved very quickly and credit added to my account. Thanks for your help Josh

There are many ‘healthy’ options available. Frives menu is both delicious, innovative and easy to prepare when you’re eating to lose weight - the variety of options and healthy sides make this an easier task.

But what I value most, is the excellent customer service. Always on hand to help even on weekends. That gives me confidence and trust with Frive.

The concept is a good one but the food does not live up to the hype.
The positives first:
The food arrived chilled and the portions are a decent size.
Fresh ingredients
However the meals lack flavour and when cooked are extremely dry, part due to the past you have to remove the cover to add the sauce so any steam evaporates.
I really wanted to like these but in all honesty I would rather spend the time cooking food that does not taste dry. Very disappointing.
