Ive used Simmer eats but moved onto Frive recently. So much better! Absolutely delicious food

I discovered Frive through my daughter last year and Frive has since become very much a big part of our life since! After a long day at work there is such a great feeling to know that a healthy meal awaits you saving all the stress of figuring out what to eat! I used to rely a lot on takeouts previously which wasnt healthy at all but that is thing of the past now. Really happy I found Frive! 🙏🏽
I dont think I have ever had a problem with my delivery. A very minor issue with a meal recently was very promptly resolved by customer service so cannot fault in anyway! Keep doing a great job.

I really appreciate how quickly my issue was resolved. I wasn’t expecting such a fast response, as the AI chatbot mentioned that I would likely be contacted by a human between Monday–Thursday or on Sunday, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have it sorted sooner.

It was also great to speak with a real person rather than AI.

Great portions, clearly whole foods with lots of variety to choose from each week. I feel so good after just one week eating frive.

Honestly can’t fault the customer service, yes it takes a little time, but patience is a virtue so they say! I was assisted by James initially and then Roa who sorted my concern easily . I’ve been in contact via Email. They have a chat support system however I did not use this so can’t comment on wait times there. The meals themselves are really good and varied so far, some not so keen, so just won’t order them again, with plenty to choose from each week has differences. Any issues with the order are rectified by credits for the following week, such as missing meal or wrong item. It happens and no big deal!

The Food taste great, my only complaint is re occurring pre picked orders.
Ideally I'd want the exact same meals every time without having to go into the app weekly to update it if possible.

Frive meals are great quality well cooked meals. Good portion sizes and everything clearly worked out for you. Customer service is good and oredering made really easy. Delivery service is good and arrives on time. Would recommend, best tasting meals from food prep for me so far.

The delivery never arrived.
I don’t think it was anything to do with DPD but Frive not packaging it up.
After I placed my first order I immediately cancelled the subscription as I wanted to see how the meals were before committing fully. I think in my actions doing this confused Frive therefore no order was ever packed but they happily took my money. I went on live chat numerous times and was assured my delivery will arrive. Never did so sadly did not try Frive nor will I be doing in the future after this. The only reason for the 2 star instead of 1 is because they have issued me a refund straight away.

The delivery and packaging are excellent. The healthy pre-packaged meals are satisfactory, with portion sizes appropriate for a single individual. The "low spiciness" option is not ideal for young children; I found it necessary to select non-spicy items and reduce the amount of paste by half. While the generally low salt content is beneficial, some dishes lack flavor. We are currently tasting various meat options and meal selections to find the most suitable choices for our family.

Taste is not good prawns overcooked like rubber bullets in was a chef so not impressed I've eaten bits of them most of went in the bin.

Excellent quality food and super tasty. I normally add salt to my food and do not feel the need to do this with the meals. These help me stay on track with my macros and calories with no excuse to falter. So happy with my subscription.

They did everything possible to correct my predicament and I’d be getting a refund from Frive Roa especially went out of her way to help and reassured that it was dealt with. I couldn’t receive my next delivery because of a hospital appointment and didn’t know how long I’d be in. I will use Frive in the future their customer service is very good and they deal with queries quickly.

The food from Frive used to be better, this week was disappointing - chicken, prawn and salmon were rubbery after cooking. Rice content seemed higher and less vegetables. I prefer food that can be cooked in the oven in the original container and not blasted in the microwave.

Great fab food, quick to heat the created meals, tried most of the other meal delivery companies. This one had no waste even the containers are not plastic so no land fill dangerous waste. Menu choice is amazing too.

I had made a mistake around cancelling my subscription due to a lot of personal issues I reached out past the cut off date and Mary was able to sort it out and refund me, the process was simple and resolved promptly without issue. Thank you Mary
