Warning !!! use only for jobs that does not need any technical skills. I’ve used this service many times and 8 out of 10 times the bad work becomes evident after a few weeks.

Most recently, asked a guy to install my light. Today I see the light is going to fall from the wall, called Frizbiz, they said that I’ll have to make a reclamation, wait for the insurance to answer then they’ll send someone to fix it. In the mean time I’ll have no choice but to wait for the light to fall down. They can’t help or send anyone.

It’a fraud: the jobber didn’t come to the appointment and they didn’t refund me. No customer service.

Go away from this website. Profil worker are not verified and if you have a problem there are 0 about customer service. No take caring anything. No refund no protection at all. So run away from this website.

This is fraud be careful of this platform.

I paid the service to the platform and the repair man called me say it would be cheaper to buy a new one so I don't need him to come. I paid money but nobody came!!!

Then FrizBiz team refused to refund me, what a terrible company.

It was very easy to find a person to help and the reviews reflected the truth about the person I hired. I will continue to use this app.
