Dealing with this company has not been a good one. My suggestions is to read all reviews good and bad and then decide if you would like to do business with the company. Reviews paint a good picture of the company and performance

I was assisted by Robert in viewing some flats that would be of my interest and it was a smooth and pleasant day. The whole process didn't felt like a push sell, totally the opposite. He took time to show me flats in different areas of London, all the while battling the traffic in the city and pointing out the pros of each one of them that would interest me.

I did managed to find what I need, in a very nice central location and good size flat. Happy to say the building is managed by the agency and has cctv camera at the entrance. I moved in a couple of days ago and the flat was cleaned, garbage taken out and signing the rent agreement couldn't have been any quicker.
I received a couple of calls after moving in asking me how was the unpacking going and if I'm happy with the flat, if there is anything I need, which I find extremely pleasant and professional.

This is my first time I'm using them and it was a 5 star experience‎.
