The packaging was terrible
The packaging was terrible. The product arrived in a plain, unprotected bag, and part of the shampoo bottle was broken. The bottle is now half empty. I'm furious for the 18 euros I paid.

Fake pet food
I purchased pet food that is originally manufactured in the United States. However, after placing the order online, I received tracking information showing that the product was being shipped from China.
Today, after several weeks, the item finally arrived, and the packaging is different in size, the label is a different color, and it states that it is made in China. This clearly appears to be a copy of the original product, which I will absolutely not feed to my dog.
I requested a return, and they informed me that I would have to cover the cost of shipping the product back to China.
I strongly do not recommend buying from this site.

Good customer service
Good customer service. I put the wrong address and I just messaged them through email if I can change it. They replied right away and then acknowledged that they have changed it. The order came a little bit longer like almost 2 weeks but I am happy that I received it in my new address that I changed. Will order again next time.
