Totally fraud company my account blowup with their fake robot trading, robot trade randomly there is no risk management system, fake people are attract client and through their client with ad .

This trading soft ware is good and call center people also very co operative.

FTX Software Trading (Engineer) has deliberately made 100% loss on 02nd October-2023. I don't know why.

I have not received any license or software from FTX Trading Software. Only received Challan , User name & Password.

As per the refund policy of FTX trading company, refund is to be done within 14 days (if the software does not work properly). I emailed/called them several times to refund my money but there was no response from them

I think this is a big scam. Everyone should avoid this.

I do not want any employee of this company to cheat/cheat the money of the poor people of India

I brought an trading tool from this vendor. Since i could not install the product. After a couple of hours i got a call and they installed my trading account in my device. Now its good to see my account is running.

Excellent team and work. Hats off to Mr. Ishaan and sourav for nice work and immediate response. My only request is y can't AI UTILISE ATLEAST 50% OF OUR CAPITAL FOR TRADING, AS ANYWAY THROUGH AI, WE WILL NOT LOOSE TOO MUCH, INSTEAD WE WILL GAIN MORE PROFIT IF V UTILISE THEM.

Fraud company, Don't deal with these people. I lost around 1L rupees with them, most important thing is there company in remote area, they telling everyone to our company in MG road Raheja tower but there company not there. At the time of software buy they told minimum 30 to 40% you will get per Month and minimum 5dollers per day After I bought FTX software I didn't get 20% also then I asked to executive they start telling different different story, now no one responding, now they telling this named executives we don't have. And also they told this not our agreement. If anyone facing same fraudulent from company please share your details also. I will share my contact details 9738102575 I'll give all documents for your reference, Profit and loses completely depends on market but FTX software company give fake commitment like minimum 30 to 40% return per month in worst market condition also. I trying to contact there customer service from last 4 to 5 months but one is not ready to response. But if you just enquiry once for new purchase they call and text you daily, I tried that also only pre sales they will contact post sales they will not responding. The ftx trading software is performing exceedingly well as promised by the company. I have taken one currency bot which is giving me a consistent profit of around 45% per month since 3 months from the beginning. the executive who guides me very well in all aspects of trading.

Completely fraud company. Very unprofessional crew.
Never believe them; they are a swindler who demends money for upgrading after confirming via email that no further upgrades or renewal fees will be levied in the future.
My money has been lost by 60-70%, and my account manager, Lakshman, has demanded money for upgrading.

The robot will provide you a profit in 15-20 days and then your entire profit and deposit money will be lost in just 2-3 days.

Please do not put your trust in such a fraud company.

I'm not caring about the profit from the software. But the humble guiding persons are there and they are explained very well about the software.i'm happy to be and working with these persons who are very respectfull to the clients....go on guys.
