Purchased this 650hp kit for my top mount build. Ordering and receiving product was easy and fast.
My mechanic installed this for me so i didnt see the kit came with Speaker wire! Thing had speakers wire for the 12v constant supply line. Also more speaker wire for the hobbs switch. In all the relay was shit, the wiring was shit, the hobbs was chinese garbage, only thing that was good quality was the walbro. I will never buy anything from them again. That is very unsafe practice to be sending those parts and Hardware for a fuel pump meant for a car pushing 650 horsepower. Not only was it speaker wire it was cheap speaker wire. So if you feel like saving money and you're looking at their kit. I highly advise anyone not to buy it. Don't say I didn't warn you

Customer service here is non existent. Don’t waste your time trying to get any help from anyone. What a joke these people are. No shame either, they are proud to suck this much and from what I can tell they make a conscious effort to suck this much intentionally. Lazy and worthless. It’s hilarious that Trist Pilot will send this review to the exact same email address they don’t monitor for their customer questions. Joke ass company.

Raciest, no support, their products are poorly made, there’s no r&d at all and the ppl are rude as hell. Oh and they even label their products incorrectly. It’s a mess there.

I ordered a flex fuel kit for mustang and was wondering by day 4 why I didn’t have tracking so I contacted the company. They promptly contacted back stating there’s a form to fill out note never received this form and I don’t know why they keep an order on hold for 4 days with payment processed without contacting me to say this said form needing filling out mind you the form was just about card info nothing to do with order! Mind you it has processed!! And now getting ignored when professionally asked to speed shipping up mind you paid for 2-6day we are on day 6 from there miscommunication.

HORRIBLE!!! ORDERED PART A WEEK AGO AND IT NEVER SHIPPED - A WEEK LATER I GET AN EMAIL SAYING THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK...SO SAD

Utter and complete joke of a company. Placed an order for a Bluetooth Flex-Fuel Analyzer. Their order form lists separate places for both BILLING and SHIPPING addresses which is COMMON practice. So I entered my billing address, and the shipping address of the shop that is working on my vehicle. Order went through and I thought everything was good until I got an email stating that my order needed "manual verification" since the billing and shipping addresses did not match. So I sent them PHOTOS of BOTH my driver's license and credit card as they requested. They then replied that they would have to cancel my order because of "PayPal's policies" and that they do not ship to addresses that do not match the credit card billing address to "protect their customers from fraudulent activity" - what a laughable bunch of BS. 1) REAL businesses use actual MERCHANT accounts to process credit cards - not PayPal like some fly by night company 2) Almost every online business under the sun will allow you to ship to an address different than your billing address - this is common practice among established businesses. Go ahead - go to Summit Racing - go to Amazon - go to any established online business and you will find that you can ship to an address other than your billing address. 3) If you don't allow orders to be shipped to any address other than the credit card billing address - then WHY do you have places to enter both billing AND shipping addresses on your order form? Absolutely laughable. I'll find a flex fuel sensor elsewhere and so should you!
