I am very happy with my hair

Beautiful hair, client was very happy!

I have not received my order and will
Dispute my bill it I don’t recover it this week

I haven’t received my purchase in the mail yet and tracking information hasn’t changed since March 8th to track where they are at.

Tape is not invisible, it’s actual black. Not any skin tone. I am very pale and my hair is thin so you can see the tape through my hair.
Customer service so far is very responsive.

The shade of the hair is nothing like what the picture shows. It’s supposed to be blue bed and it was dark hair

Package was severely damaged because the product was sent in a thin plastic bag and the customer care did nothing about it. They left it for me to figure out with the courier service company.

Finally they made it right by providing a partial refund. They should have done that right in the beginning and not after 3 weeks and multiple follow ups.

Quickly shipped and delivered. Quality was good!

I will start by saying the injectable hair is amazing . The regular tape in hair is horrible. Shredded all over my house after a month . There was nothing left of the tape in track after I had them removed today after only wearing them since December 18 . Worst experience wearing hair extensions so far has been with this company . I would give one star but the other hair they sell was great .

Awful thin quality that sheds . Never again

I have used Full Shine hair extensions for 3 years now and absolutely love them. They are amazing quality, even after multiple uses and washes and is the only brand I will use!

Not real human hair at all.

I have been buying extensions for a decade and decided to switch it up. My extensions usually last 12 months roughly. I only use the most high end of products on the market and I don’t use heat on my hair. These extensions lasted a total of seven days. And honestly, after one wash, they were completely frizzy and fried. These are impossible to brush through.

Not to mention, their customer service is virtually nonexistent

Double charged me, and will not refund. And now I have to pay for another couple packs and another install. Hundreds of Waste of time, energy, and money with full shine.

An absolute nightmare! Choose BELLAMI. Quality. Excellent customer service. You get what you pay for!

Stay far far away from this company. Chinese garbage!!!! What a scam.

I literally placed an order 2 weeks ago and can’t get an update to save my life I have sent multiple emails and spent over $3000 on the professional site!!!!

The product is top quality. I do wish there was an instruction sheet on how to make it fit best. The delivery was 5 days earlier than expected! They under promised in over delivered!

I'm so outraged. I paid the $20 for expedited shipping. I did not get my extensions in 3-5 days. It's been a week, no extention, and they won't refunded my money. I'm very disappointed with this company.
And they have called me several times begging me to take this review down. They would give me 23% discount. I lost a very loyal client because these hair extentions were 2 weeks late. Not 2 days.
I would like to share this experience with others so they know what they're facing.

This company never deliver what they promised!!
I ordered a topper 150% density, but what I received does not have enough amount of hair. I have another topper which I got from same company last December, the topper has lots of hair but the quality of hair is very poor, dry failing out in brush. I had very bad experience but I thought to give them another chance but I regret it so much.

I’ll start off to say I own a real Halo extension and this quality SUCKS compared to it. I got this piece because it has clips vs just the wire that my halo does, and a friend of mine had a great experience with this company.
I received the hair and right away I knew it looked like trash. I reached out to customer service to get a refund and they’re giving me the Spanish Inquisition. Back and forth emails. I told them this is awful customer service and can they just tell me how to get my money back, like the website promises. Had I known these things I would’ve never ordered. But since my friend had a good experience I assumed I would too. Bottom line- save your money for professional extensions!
