A wonderful well laid out guide

Very simple site to navigate with lots of information clearly signposted. Very useful to see who is attending a funeral/reception.

What a lovely service , to be able to send condolences to family and friends, especially if unable to see or attend the funeral .

A really pleasant surprise, both to contribute to and to read and consult. I like the way it builds up a composite obit. Uploading and other aspects of the site can be a bit cumbersome. Why donate through just giving and pay their extortionate 'voluntary' fee when you can just send money directly to the chosen charity? That really really stinks (it's possible, but again cumbersome and not clear how, to avoid this fee)

Respectful and beautiful

Does what would be expected of such a website - has a photo of the deceased, some words / obituary and a facility for making a donation to the designated charity / fund.
What does NOT work, is the option for donors to remain anonymous - as the donor's name is automatically displayed on the public view, despite ticking the 'no name' box.
Need to get this error sorted sooner rather than later . . . it is of major concern to a good number of donors ! ! !

Really easy to use. You can write condolence messages, advise if you are attending the funeral, upload photos and light a candle. I thought it was brilliant.
