(English version) We recently lost both of our beloved dogs within one week. It was an unbearable time for us emotionally—especially for me. I couldn’t even bring myself to go into the clinic when one of them was put to sleep.
Then we found FuneralVet.
This isn’t just a pet cremation service. It’s a sanctuary. A peaceful, beautiful chapel where your pet is treated like family—and where you are too. We had two separate services, and each one gave us the opportunity to see our dogs one last time: peaceful, free of pain, surrounded by flowers and soft music, resting in a little bed with a white sheet. It broke my heart, but it also gave me the space I needed to cry, to grieve, and to begin to heal.
Yilenia and Azucena were exceptional. They stayed with us throughout, comforting and consoling us with quiet empathy. They listened to our stories. They let us take all the time we needed. And when the tears came, they never made us feel rushed or awkward—only supported.
We received beautiful urns, incense, and framed paw prints as keepsakes. But what we really received was peace, closure, and the ability to move through our grief in a meaningful way. The grief guides they provided were gentle and genuinely helpful.
And a special thank you to Candela, who somehow managed to make us smile again.
