Poor Communication
There's no customers contact service on their website, I had to Google their contact information:

I tried to contact Funky Junque twice by phone, and email for a question regarding a order unfortunately with no response. The phone you have to leave a message which no return response, and by email there is no replies to the email messages sent. Eventually a email was sent from their store that the item was shipped: Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. Very bad customer experience for questioning a item that is posted for selling on the store.
