Took over 30 mins to complete this card…
Took over 30 mins to complete this card ,due to confusing instructions and the refusal of my debit card card ,I had to ask another family member to pay for , my debit is in date and I have enough money in my account and I had already used it today to buy on line .so not the best experience.

Basket doesn't hold onto orders
Set up my order 3 times. First time the website timed out while I was cooking dinner and lost it, second time both items were in my basket and I tried to register. Didn't realize until prompted that I already had an account so then signed in, only to have lost both orders from the basket and had to start again.
Both of which delayed my order so set up 24 hour delivery as flying on holiday and needed them before that. Nothing arrived in time despite there being more than 24 hours between my order and delivery, so completely wasted money paying for faster postage.

I ordered 4 cards
I ordered 4 cards, each with a specific delivery date and 1st class postage. The acknowledgment email stated one card was on tracker postage and all 4 would be delivered 31/07//26 which was incorrect. I then spent most of my afternoon trying to sort this out via email which was frustrating as would have preferred to speak to someone over the phone. Poor experience and would think twice before ordering cards again from site.

It appears that my discount code,that was sent to me by email from Funky Pigeon of 25%, off did not work which was very dissapointing. I have used Funky Pigeon for many years but have recently found the prices a bit expensive so I would have been grateful for the discount code had it worked.

So easy to use funky pigeon and yhey always get the cards to people at the right time. Only criticism is that while the cards for female occasions are lovely I do find the male cards are lacking, nothing for the older group who like a nice card, not jokey or rude, none available.

Ive had a couple cards bent and damaged…
Ive had a couple cards bent and damaged and my latest one i paid for 24hr delivery on 28th. At the time it said delivered 29th but now says 30th. Too late so not good.

Always a fantastic experience when it comes to Funky Pigeon. Great selection. Easy edits. Swift delivery. I wish the offered a few more delivery options (next day, second class etc) because it seems they only do the standard 1st class RM, but I've never had an issues with it.

Experience wasn’t great using mobile…
Experience wasn’t great using mobile phone to create the card. Kept crashing or freezing. Got frustrated and had to use my desktop. You cannot add promo code unless you sign up and that means you then cannot use apple pay. Promo code only works for card purchase and not any other products. Delivery came for a small box of chocolate and cards in a massive box. Only pro was the quality of print of the card and the safe entry of the items to the persons house I guess. Now having to delete account as I will not be making future purchases
