The product broke in the first week of a 10yr old using it. I sent a video as there’s two pieces that needed to be replaced but they can’t follow instructions. They only sent me one piece and the bag is still not usable. I asked to have it sent to my nephew directly but they Sent it to wrong address and with base still missing. We clearly said the only thing that isn’t broken is the top. But instead of sending us a new bag which would have been cheaper the customer service keeps arguing with us and are not standing by their word in replacing the unit with a product that actually works. I’ve emailed several times now and they have wasted my time and will never buy from them again since they can’t even stand by their product or word

Doesn’t stick to all, even, any surfaces as advertised. Currently had it stuck to a tiled wall. Won’t even stay on there very, misleading advertising,

Do not buy. I should’ve listened to the reviews. It worked great for a couple days. Did not stay on many surfaces for a had hit without coming off the wall. 1 week in my kid hits it, not even very hard, and the bottom detaches and it is broken. Trash.

I love the punch bag. I am a 53 year young woman and I along with my colleagues have a blast getting in a workout at the office.. Holds suction really well on a file cabinet.. It’s very addictive in a good way..

Solid product, better packaging would've been nice.

The punchbag is a Nice product but it doesn’t stick at all ! So I have to hold the punch bag every time my kids want to play with it. I tried to all sort of surfaces , also cleaned glass but as soon as it gets punched, it falls off! Very dissapointing

Great bag to work with

I purchased a product from Funpunch for $60, and it completely failed after just two months of normal use. For something at that price point, I expected much better durability and quality.

What’s even more frustrating is their warranty is only 30 days. After experiencing this, it really makes you question why the guarantee is so short — almost as if they expect issues to arise shortly after that window closes.

When I contacted customer support, they offered me a $12 refund on a $60 product. What exactly does $12 solve when the item is now completely useless? The other option they gave me was to send a replacement part — but only if I cover the shipping cost. I even asked how much shipping would be, and they never responded with a clear answer.

They ended their email by saying they “want to make this right,” yet neither option actually makes this right. If you’re willing to replace the part, why not stand behind your product fully and cover the shipping as well? Asking the customer to pay more money to fix a product that failed prematurely doesn’t feel like good customer service.

Overall, very disappointed in both the product quality and how this situation was handled. I would not recommend based on my experience.

This is a scam product. It doesn’t work on any surface and they don’t provide returns / refunds despite knowing the product is essentially faulty.

Order 113463 - Sakura x 1 & Rage Bag x 1.

My order was ment to be for my daughter’s Christmas present but the order arrived incorrect & delayed. My order took over 3 months to arrive & work properly; replacement suction pads for both punch-bags.

The idea of this product is good, but in reality (for us) it wasn’t good at all.
The only place it sticks too is the dining table.

When stuck to our patio doors or windows it wouldn’t stay on for long (less than 5mins)
Didn’t stick to walls.

Gutted I wasted my money. Might be ok for very small children but certainly not for teens or adults . Will be dumping this unfortunately.

Really wanted to love the product unfortunately it doesn’t stick to anything at any time and it falls off constantly ended up just sitting in the corner of our playroom. I likely just tossed them out because they’re not functioning.

We all love to punch it!!! I really ended up loving to see how many times I can do different counts on each hand. It helps me focus on the punches, and I can feel the workout in my flabby Grandma arms lol. I feel like a little baddy! They also sent me a free replacement suction cup because my puppy chewed it up. He didn't get in any trouble because he's my perfect little ween, and they were very understanding and it arrived quickly. The suction cup sticks to smooth surfaces better than wood, and you can really blast this thing if it's on the right spot. I love the design, it's so addictive!

While it took a while to receive my FunPunch. I'm generally happy with the product. My issues .. 1) It doesn't adhere to "any surface" .. it has to be very smooth (glass like) .. I'm lucky my fitness facility has glass/plexiglass walls/windows that I can use. 2) The suction base on my FunPunch developed a tear .. a little over 30 days since arrival (note delivery took 2 weeks) .. and there is only a 30 day warranty?? Any repair I tried eventually failed. FunPunch did say, there is no home remedy for tears .. even tiny ones (mine was about 1/8" .. as the suction will fail). 3) While replacement parts seem to be available, they are not readily found on the FunPunch website. It's almost as though it's kept a secret?? Why?? The Good stuff. 1) When working, the FunPunch bag set up .. performs as advertised. I've always wanted a punching bag set up that I could use "just about anywhere" and this fits the bill. 2) FunPunch via emails is very responsive had helpful. Addressing my issues (a fix is on the way). 3) I discovered (ordered/recieved) special surface plates to be used for walls/tables that don't have glass like surfaces!! Now I can use the portability and exercise/train in more locations. Hopefully "outdoors" in the spring and summer weather.

I really like the bag easy to use at home. Would like it to adhere to more surfaces. It could do with a bit of padding on the valve inlet as can catch knuckles. Otherwise nice and light.

Doesn’t stick for very long and needs inflating every day

This product would be really awesome if it had better suction or fixing. I had purchased hoping this would help with my boys frustration but it doesn't suction to anything. My only option now would be to screw it to a surface.

The quality is very bad , suction 0, and it was broken after 1 week. This is unacceptable, not recomended at all.
