Very Poor Customer Service
I own a Trampoline Training gym where we train freestyle skiers and snowboarders how to do flips and tricks on trampolines prior to moving the tricks to the snow. I had ordered a replacement tramp bed from Fun Spot, they took my money quick enough, and was told that I receive my bed in two weeks. 14 days later I called to find out the shipping date and discover that they have not even started the bed. They stated that they sent me an E-Mail stating this, but going through my junk mail and my inbox there was not one email from FunSpot except the receipt of purchase. I asked to have the e-mail resent, it never was and from that point I was unable to get through to them until I called from a phone # that was from a different state than I live in.
FunSpot Trampoline is one of the most unprofessional company’s I have ever dealt with, and I would recommend using a different company for your trampoline needs.

Trampoline Parts Delivered Promptly, I'm Impressed
I ordered mats, pad and springs for my son's trampoline. The site makes it very easy to select the right size.
The parts delivered by Fun Spot Trampolines was great and delivered promptly.
Customer support was very good. I'm impressed and i will recommend Fun Spot Trampolines to my friends as well..
